Lunch: leftover chilli in tortilla wraps with perinaise, lettuce & cheese 😋
Dinner: chicken & bacon pizza
Snacks: got some frosted fancies I have my eye on 😂

caramel latte, 1 cuppa and 2l of water

Brekkie: weetabix banana and honey
Lunch: went out with my mum, had a southern friend chicken burger and chips with a Sprite Zero
Tea: steak, sweet potato mash and spinach
Haven’t had any snacks today but I’m going to have a glass of wine in a minute 😋
Drinks: hot water with lemon and honey, about 2l of cold water
Exercise: 45 min of weight training and 4.1 miles of walking

Breakfast - poached eggs on brown toast
Dinner - little buffet at a birthday party with my son
Tea - salt and pepper sui mai, prawn toast and a chicken chow mien from the chinese 🤤
Snacks - quavers
Drinks - 2 diet cokes, a mock tail and water

Yesterday

B/ soya latte and some toast
L/ vegan chicken wrap
D/ mushroom and butternut squash risotto and 2 proseccos at the pub. Lovely.

1pm - iced almond milk latte

4pm - protein shake made with vegan protein powder, soya milk, banana and peanut butter

8pm - cheese and caramelised onion flatbread

Lots of water and watered down juice

Exercise = 30 min MMA training, 30 min step workout and 30 min weights session

B: warburtons giant crumpet with lurpak
L: homemade roast chicken pasty
D: a Turkish style omelette in a burger bun

S: a little bit of pancake and nutella, some wholegrain rice (just to taste)

2 cans of diet coke - i stopped drinking them months ago (had a real addiction) and now I've gone back its been giving me heartburn so no more for me (...until xmas)

B: oats, protein powder, frozen strawberries, chia/flaxseed
L: mussels, 2 petit pan
S: 2 vegan sausage rolls

Not sure what to have for dinner 🤔 - I'm trying to clear out the fridge/freezer over the next few days so it's going to be odd meals over the next few days
Forgot to update this - ended up making some corek (cypriot bread) and had it with ajvar, feta spread, lamb kebabs and some homous 😋

Just had a banana for brekkie with some hot water and lemon
Lunch: beans on toast 😋
Tea: Spanish chicken with patatas bravas and a stuffed portobello mushroom
Snacks: half a slice of pizza and a mince pie 🥧
Drinks: water, tea and coffee
Exercise; 75 min yoga class

l/ SUSHIII - i’ve been craving this for weeks
s/ grenade protein bar
t/ peri peri chicken, kale and rice from The Good Bite
s/ greek yogurt and fruit + a couple macarons 😁

B/ toast and coffee
L/ flatbread with tikka chicken style pieces, salad and Mayo. The last couple of chocolate cornflake pieces.
D/ beyond meatballs and linguine in spicy tomato sauce. Probably will have some chocolate ice cream in a cornet.

Tea: chicken and veg pasta
Exercise: 30 min full body kettle bell workout
Drinks: water, coffee and a Horlicks

B: 2 veg sausages and 2 eggs scrambled
L: mcds filet o fish (99p on the app couldn't resist!)
D: fish finger and prawn wrap with avocado

S: nothing so far but I have 1 slice of sticky toffee pudding left so we will see how the evening goes...

Dinner - Plant based hoisin ‘duck’ wrap
Tea - Lamp chops, mash, baby corn and gravy and a coke

Snack - Currently relaxing with a chai latte. Might raid the cupboard for chocolate shortly

8am - almond milk cappuccino

11am - vegan chocolate protein shake with soya milk, peanut butter and banana

2pm - asparagus soup

7pm - lentil soup and a toasted crumpet

Lots of water

Exercise = walk on the beach in the rain

L: crudites mix with olives, nuts. and a banana
D: Vermicelli soup and bread crackers with goat cheese.

b - coffee x2 with vanilla almond creamer and sugar
l - romaine with leftover venison steak and the keg honey dill dressing ( obsessed)
d- beef vegetable soup from freezer
s -lifesavers sour popsicle

Brekkie: my usual 🤣 weetabix honey and banana, a hot water with lemon
Lunch: an omelette (2 eggs, mozzarella, spinach, spring onion, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms) and a snack pack of chicken and duck sushi
Tea: salmon fillet with coconut rice, tenderstem broccoli and sweet chili sauce
Snacks: none yet but I’ve got some toblerone 😋
Drinks: water and a vanilla cappucino
Exercise: 15 min yoga, 1 mile walk at lunch and a 50 min hell strength and conditioning class 🤢

B/ toast with pb&j
L/ tikka vegan chicken pieces on a wrap with salad and a few bits of liquorice
D/ rigatoni with spicy tomato sauce, broccoli and asparagus and some leftover beyond meatballs. Sherbet fountain 😬

PT session, did way better than I thought too cuz my back is having a flare up atm.

just realised I didn’t have a coffee today, explains a lot 😂

D - homemade burger, bun and mccains home fries, ketchup and light mayo
S - mini brownie bites
E - none! I’ve had a cough for like 3 weeks and I just can’t shake it, exercising seems to exacerbate it, so frustrating 😭😭😭
