What I eat in a day #2 WIEIAD

Todays meals will be
B- raspberry jam on toast x2
T- steak fajitas
Snacks- iced coffee, strawberries, grapes and a few Doritos.
 
Yesterday
Protein yoghurt & granola
Tuna pasta for lunch
Chicken fajitas
For snacks - 2 light babybells, a protein shake & chicken snackers

overall about 100g of protein & a heavy leg day

Today..
B-Porridge with chia seeds and nuts
L- Cheese & Pickle sandwich with a packet of crisps and cup of tea
S-popcorn & water
D-Big mac meal with a coke.

Yesterday
L- Cheese salad baguette and ready salted crisps.
D - small fish and chips from the chippy.
S - jam doughnut.
D - water, glass of lucozade, can of j20 orange and passionfruit and orange capri sun.
E - 10k steps.

Yesterday-
Breakfast - Banana and PB smoothie
Lunch - fish, chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce at the pub
Dinner - slice of Wholemeal toast with marmalade
Drinks - couple glasses of white wine, but I managed to leave it at that 😂
 
Yesterday -

Frosties & Semi Skimmed milk for breakfast
Eggs in a cup with some butter for lunch
2 cups of peppermint tea
2 glasses of diet coke
1 bag of sour cream snack a jacks
finished the day with a pasta bake :)

Breakfast: Coffee with Almond Milk and bagel with cream cheese
Lots of tea
Lunch: A muffin top - half a muffin - lemon and cranberry - dangerous and so good
snack: coffee, pretzels
Dinner: small bit of cashews, pepper, cucumber, pretzels, strawberries
snack: greek yogurt.

Barely ate today got a job that doesn't give proper breaks so have to sneak bites of food, also im broke.

E: walked to work so that's one hour walk

L - prawn mayonnaise sandwich
D - honey soy garlic chicken with rice and veg
 
B - Porridge with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
Snack - benefit Jaffa bar
D - chicken and veg pie, chips, peas and gravy

Yesterday

L - Brown rice with M&S black dhal
D - homemade red Thai curry with chicken, broccoli, sugar snap peas and red pepper
S - a pear, two satsumas and a handful of cherries
4 litres of water and 1 cup of tea

E - 5k run and 2 x 1 hour dog walks
 
Breakfast - porridge with maple syrup and banana

Lunch - I’m just waiting for my bread maker to finish so I’m gonna have poached egg on fresh toast

Dinner - battered fish fillet with homemade chips and mushy peas 😋

Breakfast 2x Poached eggs on white toast with butter
Lunch 4 x wholegrain rice cakes with 100% Peanut butter and Sliced banana
Dinner jackfruit and vegetable casserole

Drinks coffees with Almond milk, 1 litre coconut water
 
B- porridge with strawbs, blueberries and raspberries
D- Chicken nuggets, chips and curry sauce from the chippy
S- Aldi mini party rings

Drink - 1L orange squash and a can of Coke Zero
 
B: Tea with honey, 1 bocconcini ball, 2 slices of toast with cream cheese then a coffee later on.
L: bocconcini, blueberries, coffee
S: 1 toast apricot jam(only jam I'll ever eat on occasion), 2 small toasts with peanut butter
D: Veg and Fish then strawberries for dessert

Lots and lots of water
 
B - porridge and fruit as usual 😆
L - southern friend chicken wrap and a twirl
D - chicken curry and boiled rice
S- Aldi mini party rings
 
B - gluten free toast
L - baked potato, rocket salad, tomatoes and was naughty with mozzarella and balsamic
S - gluten free popcorn and biscuits
D - gluten free chips with fish and peas
 
L - left over chicken fajita mix with some salad and guac
D - pork and beef larb with rice and broccoli
Snacks - one pear and one nectarine
Drinks - 4 litres of water, coffee with caramel syrup

Exercise - 40mins at home pilates and 2 x 1 hour dog walks

L - tuna crunch sandwich
D - Cypriot style kebab
S - lentil curls, babybel, soreen & chunky bar
D - 3l water, 1 oat latte, 3 coffee and 1 tea
