B- plain greek yogurt with blueberries, collagen powder and honey
L- the tiniest bit of salad: cucumber, tomato, onions with a slice of bread, bit of nuts
S- an iced coffee from Starbucks
D- an apple, a slice of bread and butter
that iced coffee did not agree with me but I'm also facing some money worries which is why I'm not eating much, on the plus side I look great in a bikini this summer
(facing a period of unemployment after only holding on to my last job for an extremely short time so I'm really stressed- please never eat this little on purpose)
