11am - chai w/ oat milk, misfits white chocolate peanut protein bar, a party ring
3-4pm - salt and vinegar crisps, a carrot, a kiwi
7pm - a bowl of cauliflower and broccoli ‘rice’ with a chopped vegan sausage and mixed veg (seasoned with nutritional yeast, hoisin sauce and garlic)
+ will probs have some ginger chai a couple of biscuits to end the day later
exercise: 10 miles total (mix of walking around house and running/jogging intervals on treadmill - day 4 of isolation)
