2.30pm - chai (made with chai xpress spiced masala chai tea bag + dash of oat milk) chopped half banana, red grapes, 2- 3 pistachios, 2 cashews, a party ring biscuit
4pm - homemade peppermint hot chocolate (made with options vegan options hot chocolate, 1.5 sugar free polos, sweetener, water and a dash of almond milk)
6.30 pm - penne pasta with garlic, spinach and green chilli with a side of rocket and plum tomatoes
8.30 pm - chai with a few biscuits (1 x mcvities fruit shortcake, 2 x party rings)
exercise: 11 miles total running/jogging/ walking distance (still self isolating as I have covid, so all been indoors sadly)
