Yesterday I had the hangover from hell. I stayed up to 4am for NYE and at 29, that’s a late one for me believe me I’m normally very sensible
B - nowt couldn’t hold a thing down
L - sausage sw made by my partner, pure rotten
D - nandos fakeaway, 10/10
S - 1 Lindt ball. The mushy middle really upset me (they’d be put by a radiator)
Yesterday
B/ toast and butter, soya latte
L/ I really can't remember eating any lunch. So none? I ate breakfast late though.
D/ made a homemade curry and rice. So good to have loads of veg after the last couple of weeks of stodge.
Breakfast: avocado, bacon and egg on toast with black pepper and chilli powder
Dinner: roast chicken, sausage sage and onion stuffing, mashed potatoes, parmentier potatoes, carrots, broccoli, peas and Yorkshire pudding
Snacks: Haribo mix up and 2 milk chocolate digestives
Drinks: volvic lemon water and decaf coffee

L - nothing
D - McDonald's! I had a festive stack, 2 chicken selects, fries and a coke I've got a triple cheeseburger extra pickles for 2am munchies/breakfast tomorrow
Breakfast : boiled egg and soldiers and a tea
Lunch : nothing as I had my breakfast at about 11ish
Dinner : vegetable stir fry and spring rolls
Snack : couple of quality street

Had my last 2 ferrero rochers that I got for christmas after dinner
Drank 2 cups of coffee and a lot of tea and water throughout the day and I walked 6km as my exercise

Brekkie: weetabix, honey and banana. Oat milk latte
Lunch: turkey, cauli rice, tenderstem broccoli, spinach and sweet chili sauce. So boring but needs must
Tea: chicken curry and pilau rice with mango chutney
Snacks: 2 mini sausage rolls, grapes and a slither of banana bread
Drinks: water and tea
Exercise: 2 x 1.5 mile walks and a 3 mile run
