I am always amused at Brooke's "lactose intolerance "
When she wants to receive special treatment all of a sudden she is lactose intolerant. But not in Italy,/ if she is questioned by a follower about it or if she feels like eating dairy.

Also, brookey HATES her "job". Everything is a hassle for her. Today she's like yay that was my last job for the week. Wtf love?!
She obviously is so spoilt that she has no actual skills that can be transferred into any type of workplace so she's stuck modelling for the over 50 crowd

Yep Nikki is 57. Way too old to be able to drop that kind of weight without a huge exercise/diet change, or surgery or medication.
I lost 30kg aged 58 doing OMAD. So it can be done.
Congratulations to you. That is awesome.

I assume is great for some but not for everyone, screams eating disorder to me (but that is likely because I am in recovery from a restrictive ED).
