We are having a sausage traybake. Needed something quick to stick in the oven tonight, lost the motivation to cook weeks ago

Fish pie with veg. Husband's cooking so I'm not fussed what he serves up. Just enjoying not having to cook.

Had a bit of a baking day today - I made custard creams, then a quiche, then 4 orange curd tarts with the left over pastry.
Mmmm.
Now out of bread flour.
