Brie and bacon rolls with cranberry.
It is the easiest thing EVER!
Chicken (thighs are best), slices of chorizo, a red onion, maybe some mushrooms and peppers if you've got them kicking about - bang it all on an oven tray, a drizzle of olive oil and a few cloves of garlic and bang it in a medium oven for about 40 mins. Bosh!
Jacket potato night tonight! Will probably have either beans and cheese or tuna Mayo!

I'm back on a liquid diet. Reading all your meals is like torture. They all sound banging.
I ended up making a chicken biryani type thing as the avocado wasn’t quite ripe enough for the tacos. So will do tacos tomorrow now when the avocado is hopefully good.
