Lasagne and salad
Leftover vegetarian chilli from yesterday.
Stir fry 
Chicken hotpot with carrot, savoy cabbage, sweet corn and green beans
Spinach and ricotta tortellini and garlic bread
Pizza-cant be bothered to cook 
Left over Pork, chips and Mayo.
thai fish cakes, stuffed courgettes and some cous cous.
Rolled breast of lamb stuffed with garlic and Rosemary served with saute potatoes and a tomato/courgette salad.
Can't decide whether to get a takeaway or chicken, new pots and salad.
Jersey royal potatoes roasted with olives ,vine tomatoes and will melt some mozzarella and tear little home grown basil over.Some of your recipes sound so lovely hope you enjoyed your efforts
I adore,love em zuccini frittes,usually have them at italian restaurant,Cant get enough of them,would love to cook them at home but can’t be doing with batter,a,though have cooked them in past in just flour and fried them in wok.. oh god I could eat loads of them.
