The girls that work for her used to work with her when she was an accountant. I doubt they are on minimum wage as they probably have some sort of accounting qualification and or experience. They are probably paid quite well

maybe I’m missing something but what do they do at the warehouse then? I’ve always assumed that they are literally packing orders/sending stuff out to customers, but if admin? Why on earth would qualified accountants leave their jobs to to that?! And why as a business owner would Nikki pay people heaps of money to do this kind of work? That makes absolutely zero sense. How do you know this?? You must work there or be close to someone who does if you know how much people are being paid....?
Was there not a whole tit storm with Nikki and @thelifethatjomade, who has now disappeared off Insta? Apparently they used to be really good friends when they both lived in Kirkcaldy and they even flew to Italy for Nikki and Mark's wedding. I think Dario (Jo's husband) was Mark's best man? Dario popped up on here in the @thelifethatjomade's thread to defend her. Think Nikki's (apparent) appearance on here was around that same time.

No I don't believe she would, she got spoken to by ASA regarding not marking posts as ad's when they clearly were and instead of admitting it she posted long stories on declaring she was honest and transparent with ads and affiliate links (I don't believe she does aff links) but she definitely did not declare ads a lot of the time and her competitions were atrocious in terms of when she said she would make the draw etc, it would be days and days later and say she hadn't got round to it yet, there is clear set of guidelines on running competitions which she does not adhere to. Yep, that's the woman. I once crossed paths with Jo briefly and she was lovely. Very very petite and very naturally pretty. The whole house raffle thing was odd though and her appearances on Insta became rare following that. Think she got a bit of backlash for it and it maybe dented her confidence.

Their job description could be a variety of multiple things. Like as you said picking orders, sending them away, dealing with invoices and PO’s, reconciliations, forecasts (which would be needed for loans and such). There’s multiple levels of accountants, I did not say they were qualified accountants I said that they may have a qualification this could be HNC HND bachelors etc. Therefore, yes, the could and would perhaps work for Nikki.maybe I’m missing something but what do they do at the warehouse then? I fail to see that this is in any way relevant to the people who Nikki employs to work in her warehouse. all things you mentioned that could potentially be in their job description are frankly basic entry level tasks that anyone could carry out. None are skilled tasks requiring any extensive training, so it makes absolutely no difference if any of these people had any form of accounting qualifications- She’s not going to be paying high wages for people to pack boxes or raise an invoice - come on!

it’s relevant because you said they are probably minimum wage and I said that they aren’t due to possibly carrying out the above tasks. I’m not expecting her staff to be on high wages I’m just saying that they are not on minimum wage. Lol..........

What because I’m not agreeing with you I suddenly know her? No the reason I know these things is because I’ve followed (but now don’t)for maybe 2 years. 
There is not a chance she will pay big wages to any staff that work there, for what basically putting stuff in boxes and an invoice, I am actually of the opinion that she put the staff on furlough (not sure if it is just one person) she vaguely mentioned when she took someone on that she worked with her, i don't think it means the person was an accountant, it could have quite easily have been someone that worked in the same office and they were maybe colleagues. There was a mention of the "girls" coming back to the warehouse when restrictions got lifted slightly, but the time she took off to grieve for meme, then a week in Italy, surely if she had staff working they would update westholme interior pages, or release autum stock but no nothing was updated, I think she will have furloughed any staff, it's all about the ketones now and the odd overpriced candles these days

talk about a dog with a bone, I wasn’t saying that those activities (invoices, sending packages) is all that they do. I was giving examples. Because in actual fact, none of us know exactly what the do or get paid so why don’t ya just drop it lol I was willing to insert and have a discussion but your out for the kill!

She says size 12 is too big now but what if she regains some of the weight, which she will if she starts drinking and does less PT sessions. Then she'll be buying new clothes in a size 12 again?!
