Either way defo First World problems for our NIki. It’s not as if she’s strapped for cash as some landlords would be. I mean she happily splashes her lavish spending for all to see. And don’t forget guys she can buy and sell all of us here

I’m going to hazard a guess that - Scottish Gov are really cracking down on rental property and Airbnb. Anyone that had a second property that they rent out had/has to apply for a licence. I also think that there was chat of double Council Tax on second properties. Perhaps their license application hasn’t been approved?
What happened to her elvis picture the other night? It seems the glass totally shattered - imagine if samara had been standing right under it?!
Also she constantly is degrading the poor decorator who has given her details of the job and how long it will take him and she’s said numerous times he’ll not get it done - it’s his job love I think he knows!!

Might be reading between the lines, but I’m wondering if they’re going through a similar thing my parents did. The Scottish Government have basically banned landlords from evicting tenants, even if they stop paying their rent. After my gran died, my folks put her house on the rental market and a couple moved in. Everything was fine for a while and all of the sudden they stopped paying - no explanation, no communication, ignored called, letters, etc. My dad had to go to the door one day and lawyers got involved. The guy was even openly promoting his side hustle on Facebook. I felt for them. It was so infuriating but it’s like the tenants knew they had the upper hand. Thankfully they done a moonlight flit eventually and now there’s the stress of trying to find out where they work so that their wages can be arrested. So I’m wondering if that’s what she means about the government being corrupt and people being freeloaders.
It’s been on the market to sell for a while hasn’t it?
