Absolutely it won’t undo your hard work at all, by the end of the week you may not even see it register on the scale. It only matters when it’s turns into days. Tomorrow is a new day, I won’t restrict and I’ll just carry on what I was doing. 1 bad day isn’t going to completely undo the 9lbs I’ve lost so far. I’m changing my lifestyle, not on a diet.

Do you eat a lot of pasta/potato etc that are “free” on SW? I’ve never looked too into it but I don’t understand how it works if you can eat as much pasta as you life which is pretty calorific and therefore you wouldn’t be in a deficit?Debating to switch from sw to calorie counting. 1lb up this week but had a boozy weekend so that is probably why.
