Oh definitely I think it depends on your personal preferences! I personally didn’t care about flowers as much as other things so was willing to save in the flowers and spend on other things!I'm completely willing to spend crazy money on flowers as I love themI'll cut back on other areas then to make it work.

I wish I didn't care about flowers would save me a hell of a lot of money but I keep saying it's one day and I'll enjoy them
jusifiying the money I'm spending I haven’t even sorted flowers and I get married in 4 months 
I don’t want to spend much on them either and plan to get artificial so they can be reused after. It’s such a hard one though as when I see huge floral displays I love them but just don’t feel I can justify it. I’d rather have Jimmy Choos

Because I’ve just got my dress back from being adjusted and I can’t stop staring at my large round belly, it looks like I’m pregnant but I’m not, I feel very self conscious and sad right now. Should of bloody stuck to the diet I know

Slightly off topic but, I’ve just received the further details for a wedding we are attending soon. It is a beautiful little pack it contains a food choices card, directions etc. Then at the back is a card containing their account number with a little line that just reads as ‘no gifts just money’. Does anyone else think that’s a bit crass? (We we’re giving money anyways but, this just makes me feel a little uncomfortable)

Giving money is normal at these kinds of events. Asking for it though, nahhh!!

I’ve just told my fiancé and said exactly this, I’d be buying them a candle or something home related. Yes everyone asks for money or gift vouchers but you can’t just write it like that. It will get peoples backs up! I’m wondering if I’ll get them to put some lace or something over it so I’m not as exposed. Let us know how you get on with finding some underwear. I’m thinking I want to do the same but because of the low back I don’t think I’ll be able to as you’ll see them

the other thing is, some guests might be struggling financially and when you add up outfits, hair cuts, nails, maybe a hotel stay etc that already costs a lot of money and some guests might want to source either a really cheap gift or homemade gift or they might want to re gift something they already own. Which is totally fine and totally understandable, they might not have the cash to give, it just adds more pressure to an already pricey event!

People expect them to be crap cos they’re cheap, but I got some from primark recently and they’re actually really good! I think they were literally £5, so for that price you could give them a try? I wore them for a night out (just had a baby and felt so self conscious getting back into a little dress) and they did the job but were comfortable too.
Are they super tight belly huggers? Because I sure as hell need as much sucking in as possible
