Final bit of this interview I've been watching on and off with dodgy auto translate. Is asked at the end about his height and interviewr says it is 166cm. I'm 165 so works for me! He says he used to want to go taller at school when lots of girls were taller but in 10th grade (so about 15/16?) he stopped worrying and was always an open person which was more important. So basically I think that's when the BDE kicked in!
