I have started getting adverts for B&Q with the address of the one closest to me. How does Spotify know where I am. I didn’t live in the UK when I made the account.

I think it takes a while to realise their ads, as a few people said they hadn’t when I first mentioned. For example they talk about Prets new menu, or their favourite way to make a gin and tonic off the top of my head.

But you aren't allowed to drive without a fully licensed driver on a provisional license.
My son has just completed his 12 lessons and one of us have to be with him when he drives until he passes his test
