So I know nothing at all about the PT who joins Spencer on Big Fish, so could be way off the mark. But so far, I really like listening to him.
He doesn't seem to have the same wanker-vibes that Spencer has. He doesn't come across overly privileged, again like Spencer does. And while he's clearly very knowledgeable and into health and nutrition, he seems to be very aware the average person doesn't always have the resources (financial/mental/time etc) that Spencer seems to think everyone does/should have and the average person just doesn't care enough, regardless of their personal circumstances
He also seems quite good at pulling Spencer back to the topic in hand and seems to tolerate (within reason) Spencer talking over him incessantly. Although I felt he was getting a bit annoyed in the latest pod, though he bit his tongue. He also clearly knows soooo much more than recent-bandwagoner Spencer, but when Spencer gets things wildly wrong, he corrects him in such a nice way that Spencer doesn't realise and so doesn't double down on his inaccurate information.
Overall a nice guy and I think would be an empathetic coach. Prepared now to be proven wrong
