I think it helps if you seperate MJ's music, which was mostly brilliant, from the abomination that he was. I have sereval of his singles and a few albums, I will never part with them. Music is a huge part of growing up, it would be such a shame to destroy the memories that the music evokes.

The band knew he was into very young girls though - Thats really messed up and not excusable. They aren’t innocent in this at all. There were so many rumours at the time but because these young girls (some must have been around 13) were fans of the band and dressed older they ‘deserved what they got’. The other band members are dad’s - would they want their 13, 14, 15, 16 etc child sleeping with a man in his late 30s/ early 40s? Someone from Kerrang wrote an article saying that women and girls should be protected from these predators because it’s so prevalent in the alt rock scene. It’s horrendous.
