I think the issue here is that Ukranians are upset about what is going on but they don’t actually want to fight for it anymore.

It does rather depend if 'of fighting age' is the same as 'of conscription age', plus or minus fitness to do so, and also that not every single person in the entire country is on the front line or the country would shut down, people are permitted travel on their days off because they are still allowed days off...
Is it not a problem with weapon supplies? I think military aid is vital. Otherwise they wouldn't ask for it.
