Urgh this case has been on my mind for awhile as it’s quite local to me. I wondered why it all dropped off the radar so quickly. Those poor poor boys.

It is interesting more generally what cases are picked up and promoted in the media, someone else spoke about the mCanns , which was treated totally differently despite basically being pretty similar (in terms of leaving children alone) and it's also the same in press coverage

I think in this case it was likely an accident, but that’s not the determinant really - the fire in the Mick Philpott case was started deliberately

This is obviously hearsay, but I heard that she was in a pub. 2 hours (+) going to the shops? Definitely not

Yes they will. They will have her entire outing covered by CCTV, particularly given it's London. They will know exactly where she has been and for how long.
