I’ve also got a bit of a headache and my mouth is SO DRY no matter how much water I drink. I haaaate waiting this last little bit, you read into everything!
Keep me posted how you get on 🤞🏻🥰
Yes oh my goodness, my mouth has been soooo dry for the past few days!!! I’ve totally read into it all I feel you, definitely feeling not myself though so will be interesting to see what happens next. Ahh you too lovely! Xxx

I was feeling so confident this cycle but I don’t think I’ve ovulated and now I’m gutted 😔
I feel you! I had a good feeling this cycle but my ovulation date was meant to be today, my temp dropped yesterday so I thought it must be happening but I've had no LH surge. The past 2 cycles using OPKs I have had a surge and on the days the app predicted so I just don't have a clue. It's so hard.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you x

Hi all. Im sorry i didnt know where to go as everyone in my life has a baby, and i dont actually know anyone who didnt conceive naturally in my life. (sorry if there are lots of errors- i am rapidly typing and feel like im going to stop breathing)

Im 31 and i have no children of my own, my partner is 42 and he has children from a previous relationship. We have been trying to conceive for 2/3 years (due to covid, i felt like i couldnt go to the doctors re fertility until recently)
in the past i have had 7 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy; and just have the 1 fallopian tube. I got my fertility bloods done and they came back all normal.
I always thought I may have issues as I thought the amount of medication I’ve been on through the years and currently; it was something I always worried about. I’m currently on a butec morphine patch, gabapentin, carbamazepine, amitrypyline (these are the drugs I’m taking for peripheral neuropathy issues and got issues with my nerves but am taking other short term pain medication) so yes always worried about whether my baby would be born as a druggy.l etc. So I never considered that my partner would have any fertility issue, I thought I would be the only problem. And I never considered living my life without having a child of my own.

I have just collected my partners sperm infertility test results. Could someone please help me think clearer right now; i feel like im going to have a panic attack and i dont really understand it.

"Asthenoteratozoospermia- percentages of both progressive motility and morphologically normal spermatozoa below the lower reference limits.
Progressive- 20
Non progressive- 20%
Immotile- 59%
Normal Morphology- 0%
Abnormal Morphology- 100%
Head Defects 100%
Mid piece defects 23%
Tail defects 5%

Could someone help me understand please. I am just trying to google the resutls; but my mind is everywhere and i just cant get it together at the moment. I am really sorry; i dont know who else to ask.
Thank you so much to anyone who replies.I just feel like I can’t breathe right now
So hard getting results like this and no one to sit down with you and explain it. The results might not look great but my husband was tested last year and had low motility and then tested again recently all parameters were normal and our doctor explained that for men, their samples can vary so much from day to day.
Maybe you might want to share your closest city location and some of the ladies here might be able to recommend a good clinic xx

My cycle was 50 days and ovulation was around day 36. The cycle I conceived though, my ovulation was two weeks late and I ovulated on day 50! I understand that frustration of having less chances for it to happen and the long wait. Don’t lose hope ❤
Thank you lovely it’s very reassuring to hear that 💕

Do you guys have higher LH/ darker tests at certain times of day? Mine seems to be darker in the morningmidday then every day by evening it’s gone very light again. Happened for the last few days. The first day it happened and was my darkest yet (CD22) I got excited because I thought that was my surge starting but nope, by the next pee it had gone down loads and was super light once again. seems to go up and down throughout the day - put the last few days of tests below so you can see what I mean.

Now CD 24 and 6th day of CB flashing smiley so hoping to see a peak soon.

I have exactly the same! I am starting to wonder if I've been missing my peaks as only started testing in the morning too after thinking you should be testing 4-8pm. I guess just keep testing opk? 🤞

Hey everyone I’m just catching up with all of the posts on this thread! So glad there’s a thread on tattle so I don’t have to join up to mumsnet/netmums lol. I’m ttc number 2, number 1 took 18 months and I really hope it doesn’t take so long this time! I am going to attach my preg tests from 10dpo (today). I think there is a faint line but I don’t believe I’m pregnant because I have 0 symptoms 🥲

im currently lying in bed feeling like a moron because I’ve told my friend and sister and wish I’d kept my mouth shut 😭 tests I’ve took since these have been much lighter/nothing there.

I’m also aware one step are notorious for evaps! But I have been taking them since 7dpo and they’ve been stark white up until now.

I can definitely see faint lines on both! Echo what poster above said about the clear blue digital ones and perhaps the first response 6 days early as they're more sensitive to HCG hormones. Xx

Yup and I’m only on the ovulation ones, cannot even imagine how stressful it becomes when it’s testing for pregnancy!

Did 2 strips and both low 🙄 so glad I held my pee for two hours and didn’t drink 😂 worth it! literally all my strips just looks the same tbh. Between like 0.11 and 0.23.

ah well, I’ll save the CB for tomorrow, then if I’ve had a rise in estrogen maybe I’ll get a little flashy face. I’m trying to be chill though and remind myself it could be actual weeks before I ovulate still.
Oh so annoying, The main thing is that they are consistent!! Good idea on the CB digi tomorrow and hopefully there will be a rise enough to be noticeable on the CB digi.

The good thing is you’re doing everything right and giving yourself the best means possible 🙌🏻

That’s still so early to test! You’re not out yet 🤞🏻✨

as for me, my AF STILL HASNT ARRIVED!! Honestly I can’t believe it. I’m nearly a week late! I don’t understand!

Would any of you bother testing again on the weekend if AF still hasn’t shown? I’m almost 100% sure I’m just having a very long cycle / missing a period. I’ve just never had a cycle this long before and I’ve never ever missed a period.
I'm in exactly the same boat, I've never had a cycle this long either. 😕

this last cycle I truly thought this was it. I posted on here around 8dpo and said I didn’t have any symptoms, but the next day they all hit me! I had cramping which I never get unless it’s 24hrs before AF. I was so sure. So to then take a test and it’s a BFN truly broke me.

I was told I have PCOS but the nurse I saw on Monday didn’t believe in that diagnosis. It seems not only do I have no idea what’s going on with me, nor do the health professionals! All my tests so far have come back completely normal as well as the OH. It feels like we are stuck in limbo and I don’t know if I can continue with it much longer. Doesn’t help that I’m such a perfectionist!
I am not even joking, we thought last cycle we had done it too!
He kept asking me excitedly as I was a day late and I'm never late. Then he went and got a test (I don't test anymore I find it harder so I just will if period is late). I decided to wait until the morning and there it was... He was so disappointed, he actually showed it this time and said he really thought it was our month and was gutted. I'd said no way it wouldn't happen the whole time but even I had this hope creeping in, felt a bit excited.... So the upset after felt even worse. Because I felt such a fool.
Its happened before, will have random different symptoms one month. So now I just don't believe it. Symptom spotting doesn't work for me because my body just changes at random some months and it's always still been AF coming.

Well I hope they can give you some kind of answer. Makes no sense if one had told you it's that then another says it's not x

How many days of blank smileys did anyone have before a smiley/flashing smiley? I’m on CD11 so blank (which I know is still early) and I started on CD8 so again super early. I know it’s different for everyone but am curious! 😂
First month I had 3 flashing before static and 2nd month I had 6 flashing before static

total sense. I’ve never had a super dark line, it’s just a bit more prominent than the others. I’ve been paid my overtime this month (🥳) so I’m going to buy a CB digital on Friday. I have to be patient with myself; I came off the pill at 30, took me 9 months to fall pregnant and then I had a miscarriage... Then it took me another 6 months to fall pregnant with my son! I’m not sure why I am hoping for a miracle!
The OPK’s are great use but also can be so obsessive and take over your life. You got this! Good luck ❤❤

Morning ladies. Anyone for a game of can I see a line or am I trying to convince myself of something not there? We opened another one to compare and definitely thought we could see something. Currently day 25, but my cycle varies from 24-30 days

Thank you for your reply! My doctor literally told me nothing like that.. I’m guessing it was because it was a quick over the phone chat instead of face to face? But they did say they’d refer me to fertility. I’ve done a whole afternoon of googling and now I don’t know if I feel better or worse 😂

Thank you for your reply! It all started because I had a period in September, then nothing until the end of December and have had nothing since then. I contacted the doctors in November and they gave me the whole “it’s just your body getting used to no contraception” which felt a bit off as I came off at the start of 2020. So just plodded along, and then at the end of January I had enough so went back which is when they agreed to do the tests.

I have a “normal” BMI so not considered overweight and my doctor said this is probably why it was overlooked (by a different doctor) as PCOS.
I’m glad I finally have an answer - even if it’s the answer I don’t want but at least there are options.

My doctor said they will refer me to fertility and to keep trying until then, I’ll definitely invest in some OPKs for when my husband returns from his deployment (in 2 weeks!). I did lie and tell the doctor I’ve been trying every month for a year because I know they probably wouldn’t have referred me if I was completely honest.

I will keep my head up and keep trying! xx
Yes that’s true! Honestly don’t worry too much! I bleed much more than I should which is how I was diagnosed, rather than the opposite of missing periods! (Which I wouldn’t mind too much if not ttc 🤣) but I’ve been taking supplements, zinc, magnesium and selenium which are meant to help with fertility/ regular cycles etc. They’ve definitely reduced my period length from 8 or 9 days to 5 or 6 and much lighter 😊

Could be an implantation dip? That would happen around a week post ovulation. How long have you been tracking? If you've only just started it may take a couple of cycles to see patterns and they way you body behaves in that time.
ah this is my first month tracking BBT so I am definitely over thinking it 🤪 that’s reassuring somewhat to know not to expect to see anything worthwhile the first time tracking though, I have been slightly obsessed... I don’t think it’s an implantation dip because I’m more than a week PO.

@pinkstock i haven’t been doing BBT long enough but I would wait and see what it’s like tomorrow before I put anything in it, i feel like there is so much that can effect it. Keeping my fingers cross for you 🤞🏻

My BBT has taken a massive drop today, so unless it’s up again tomorrow I think I will assume is still haven’t ovulated. day 9 of flashy face and cycle day 27.

I feel like I would a few days before my period - verge of tears over nothing, super tired, wanting all the junk food. Hoping that AF will just show up soon so I can start again and see what happens, but if it does it means my first cycle I didn’t ovulate which worries me a bit. Bleh. Off to eat some biscoff out the jar 😂
you might ovulate tomorrow! I had a huge drop, the lowest ever, the day before I ovulated. Let us know how it goes and hope you are feeling ok. You deserve that biscoff!! 💕

Does anyone else symptom spot like crazy in the TWW? I got confirmation of ovulation and I’m currently 5DPO, have been really crampy and had more CM than usual.

No harm in starting them now. I’ve been on prenatal vitamins for 5 years non stop and my doctors have always been happy for me to stay on them
Thank you! I think I will. I already have vit D in the house so I’ll just order some folic acid from Amazon

Hey everyone 👋🏻 I’ve lurked here for a while but not been able to bring myself to chat.

For 14 months now I’ve been using no protection as myself and my partner said no stress, let’s just see what happens.. every month I’m getting more stressed though!

We are now going to take the next step of trying seriously.. for lack of better phrasing.. since the chilled approach clearly isn’t working 🙈 Whenever I start to google it’s quite a minefield of vitamins, testing, logging everything and it’s so overwhelming! Does anyone have any recommendations for websites / apps with all the important basics?
Both start taking a multivitamin and make sure yours contains folic acid.

Download an app that helps you track your cycle. Start peeing on ovulation sticks 😊
