Explain You’ve had three losses and need a referral to the recurrent miscarriage clinic xTime to speak to a doctor.Another chemical for me last night.
I have questions for anyone who can answer them
- do I have to prove I’ve had three chemicals? I’ve not spoken to a doctor about them yet as I’ve not got to the stage of booking a first scan appointment.
- what exactly am I asking for when I call? A consultation with a normal doctor? A fertility specialist if they have one?
- how long have you had to wait? I’m 35 so “geriatric”.
Thanks. I’m aware I sound like a child but I never go to the doctors and hate stuff like this but I’ve now had three chemicals and we’ve been trying for six months (not long I know but we’re both older).
Sorry to hearCD1 again
That sounds good, less pressure. Hopefully Christmas is a nice distraction too. Hope it goes wellSorry to hear
We’re gonna take some time off from ovu sticks and temping etc etc. had my appointment with the consultant - they suggested ttc every 2 days starting from day 12. Looking forward to seeing how it goes! Got a couple more appts booked in so we’ll see how it goes.
I AM THE SAME! I always think of Monica and chandler when CD1 comes back around. A lot of my friends and my new doc said stop putting so much pressure on yourself! But how can you not you guys. We are gonna do stuff different this month and stay in the city for a night out: maybe staying home and doing it all the time is not good for us? A night out of town might be. We don’t drink alcohol so that should be fine regardless11dpo and absolutely no symptoms apart from my usual sore boobs! Just don’t feel like this is my month. Qwerty that sounds like a good plan! I’ve read that that is what experts always suggest.. I may give it a go. Does anyone else get to ovulation day and then have no desire to DTD?
I don’t know whether to broach fertility testing with my bf, I think I’ll have to soon. I feel like Monica and Chandler, his sperm must be swimming in circles and my uterus is killing the few that manage to get there
I believe clear blue tracks two different hormones rather than just LH, so it picks up the surge earlierHi guys, something I've always been confused with....I do the clear blue ovulation sticks and I got a solid smile today, but not yet peak on the easy at home test sticks...what does it mean!
When it's peak does that mean ovulation is about to happen? But why don't they peak at the same time?
Thanks. Can you work out when you actually ovulate by the tests? As in when the easy at home gets lighter?I believe clear blue tracks two different hormones rather than just LH, so it picks up the surge earlier
Yes if you use the app it calculates a number for you, so you can see when it starts decreasing.Thanks. Can you work out when you actually ovulate by the tests? As in when the easy at home gets lighter?
Thanks, I've never really understood it all!Yes if you use the app it calculates a number for you, so you can see when it starts decreasing.
Hey don’t know if someone else has mentioned this already but negin mirsaleh (influencer with a couple of mil followers) had this I think! She did a whole YouTube video on it. was so interesting, she did eventually end up getting pregnant! But she jumped through a gazillion hoops to find the reason behind why they weren’t getting pregnantDoes anyone have any experience with having a prolactinoma and fertility? Was referred for an MRI last month after a long battle of trying to be heard by ignorant doctors for a few years now. My prolactin levels are 1000+ mu/L. I have adenomyosis as well and suffer from irregular periods. Want to start TTC next year but concerned as we’ve has unprotected sex for nearly 6 years (not actively trying!) but have never had a ‘scare’. The likelihood of infertility is increased with these conditions so any advice or words of support would be appreciated🤍
