According to the Flo app I ovulated yesterday so now in the TWW. This is my first cycle since coming off contraception so it could be completely wrong but I’m hopeful!🤞
Do you use opks or track bbt?

Update to my last post: I took another test this morning and BFN!!!! Can't believe that faint line played tricks on me! Gutted 😪

BFN at 10DPO. Next time will be our 7th cycle. The time just drags doesn’t it 😫
I’m conscious that we are edging closer to the point we said we would go for IVF 😞 I don’t even know what cycle I’m on now but it’s about 7 or 8, 3 DPO today and I feel like I’m gonna need another month off if this isn’t it. It wears me down so much.

Have cramps today at work but they only lasted 10 mins or so. Felt nauseous last night and again mid morning but not holding out much hope. I have sore nips too but that could be PMS or my piercings playing up. Ugh why does PMS symptoms have to be so similar!!!!

I'm due on on Friday and I've had nada, no cramps or breakouts or anything to indicate a period or pregnancy so we shall just see if anything turns up I guess 😂

Anyone else have an uncooperative partner when it comes to DTD? Just had a row with him about it (got my peak yesterday,) we DTD yesterday but he knew we'd to do it today and he just refused I'm upstairs crying. 😔
He might just be feeling the pressure. I no longer tell mine that I’m at my peak because it was getting into his head too much!

And AF is here, early this month 🤔 I was a bit confused as was just pinky brown to start but it’s full on now. I guess my body heard me getting impatient to start the next cycle already as I had a feeling it wasn’t a goer this month!
On the plus side I can have a cold cider in the sunshine today 🍻 ☀

BFN for me this morning as well. Was so sure it was going to be a BFP as well - had a funny turn yesterday where I was nearly sick and fainted, just feel different etc. but apparently not!☹

what makes her so sure it will happen straight away for her?
I am not sure but I think, because she hasn't experienced the stress and anxiety of TTC, she thinks that people just don't relax enough, it's easy, just have a lot of sex etc. I hope it does happen quickly for her when the time comes.

I'm so disappointed today. Had been feeling pretty positive after symptom spotting despite negative tests. This morning would have be CD31 and 13DPO and I woke up bursting for the toilet then bam, back to CD1. Had cramps all day at work and just felt miserable.

New parents brought their baby in to us in work yesterday which prompted the "when are you going to have one?" "Is he not making you broody, do you want to hold him?".

I wanted to say that I'd love to hold him and also have my own but I just couldn't bring myself to say it or to hold the baby. It doesn't help that my colleague said to another she suspected that I may be pregnant as I felt a bit off last week. No one at work knows that we are TTC as I've never told them as I just wanted to be overly cautious given I'm a bit older. Sometimes I want to confide and other times I'd hate anyone knowing as they are bound to ask me for updates even though I know that they will all mean well. Sucks!

Aunt Flo is here so I'm out.. explains why I've been so exhausted these last few days.

Actually went to the docs for blood tests I've been feeling so awful... Does anyone else struggle with low iron? I supplement anyway but think they will say that's the issue.

Definitely think I am out this month. :( TTC is incredibly difficult and I’m having a hard day today.

Out of curiosity do most people use the easy@home OPK’s or do you find something else works better? Also which tests do you tend to use first for pregnancy? I’m guessing mostly first response? I’ve only been using the easy@home pregnancy tests so far and only reaching for a clearblue if I’ve ever thought it may stick. The easy@home did pick up my chemical last month and that was at 11DPO.

Hope you’re all well and keeping those chins up. Today is my birthday and I’m now officially trying for a geriatric pregnancy. I’m 2DPO and I’m really hoping this is my month, I’m getting a little tired of the anxiety now.

Some people have a really quick surge, other peoples are longer or even twice! There’s so much variation between women and even between cycles.
quite interesting reading here: https://www.avawomen.com/avaworld/long-lh-surge-last/
And here: https://myloworld.com/blogs/fertility/lh-surge
I have quick surges. I think I may have also caught my temp dip for ovulation this month which has ruined my beautiful chart 😆

I don’t believe in this kind of thing but had it done to humour my friend for her birthday, but had a fertility reading back in Jan and she told me August and May were significant for us - likely to conceive in the August cycle and give birth in May. I’ll technically have two cycles that count as August as I was CD1 on 1st and my cycles are 28 days, but keeping everything crossed for this one. My next period is due on my OHs birthday so it would be amazing to be able to surprise him with a positive test, rather than being on my period 🤣
I also have two cycles this month! Gonna be a lot of sex in august 😆

I'm finding TTC quite draining now, we're on our sixth month of trying, which I know isn't that long in the grand scheme of things, but everyone around us seems to have conceived quickly with no issue (lots of friends having two kids just under 2 years apart!) I feel like I'm in limbo every month, not pregnant but also having to restrict alcohol just in case I might soon be. Anyway, just felt like a little rant/whinge - sympathy to everyone else going through it!
I'm feeling exactly the same! This time was the first time I cried when I knew I wasn't pregnant. We'll get there eventually!

CD30 for me. Patiently awaiting AF’s arrival and trying not to get my hopes up too much.

First time posting here 👋🏼
Just seeing if I could get for advice
We’ve decided to TTC again after having a break from it for a while. My OH has an extremely low sex drive due to the medication he’s on, the Flo app has said I’m now in my ‘fertile window’ but nothing from him just wondering if anyone has experienced this or can give any advice on how to deal with this?
Is he on the same page as you with TTC? Even if he is it can be a lot of pressure when your partner knows “it’s time”. Maybe plan a date night, cook a meal, have a nice glass of wine together and wear something that makes you feel good? Invest in some massage oils because we all know what that ends up in 😂
