An update on my situation.
I attended Gynae this morning as I’m 36 & trying over 1 year unsuccessfully. I got my day 21 bloods done to check progesterone, I’m to go back for day 3 bloods & also been referred for a tubal dye scan. Husband is to get his sperm checked with the GP. I’m actually relieved to get the ball rolling & he was so nice & reassuring to me.
Hi guys. So, I’ve had 2 MC. 1 in Jan 2019, 1 in Sept 19. Dr sent me for investigation and turned out I had a septate uterus. My uterus was heart shaped and not big enough for the implantation to stay healthy enough. Luckily I was sent for surgery pretty quick and that issue was sorted Dec last year. I now feel, scared I guess? To even try. My surgeon has given me the OK to proceed and wants to keep in touch when it does happen. But I’m scared to even try now!? It’s horrible cos there’s nothing I want more. And socials just seem to be filled with announcements of late. Aaaaargh!

Both these taken today, the purple one is static taken at 6pm, the pink one just taken now just out of interest to see would it be static face and it wasn't

I had been getting empty circle on the pink one the last few days, got flashy face at 2pm on purple today and then static face at 6pm on purple., obv i was delighted so just out of interest i did another pink and as you can see it's back to empty circle. How annoying and confusing!

The pink one detects your two most fertile days and the purple one detects 4 most fertile days from what I know. Oh this happened me I think. Is it the first time you tested with the pink reader? If so it comes up as low fertility cus it’s the first day. Messed me up on a whole cycle once.Yeah the pink one doesn't have the flashy face option it's either ovulating or not. But I'm baffled how i can be peak ovulation on one test and not on another
It was my first time using the pink one (i needed a new stash and chemist didn't have purples,), have used the purple one before and had a few purple left from last cycle. I got empty circle on the pink a few days in a row so reached for a purple and that's when i got flashy and a few hours later got static. So just to see if id get static on pink i did a 3rd test ,(i see how these become obsessive) and it was still empty circle. The pink tests can go duck off.
I use the pink test. For some reason it said I didn't ovulate this month, but I know I did because the Femara makes me ovulate. I don't know if maybe it's faulty. Think I am getting my period, which is a relief as it means this cycle was 34 days which is not too long for me and put last ovulation about CD22 which is a bit earlier for me. Hoping this new cycle also isn’t as long and then I can OPK test without losing the will to live after having to test for so many days!
Previous 2 cycles have been early losses/chemicals and lasted 45 and 56 days (before I lost the pregnancy) but I ovulated on CD26 and CD42 on those cycles so this shorter cycle is very welcome.
I don’t know if I’m ready to try again just yet, I might just leave this cycle because I have found it peaceful to not be thinking about TTC all the time this last month.

I'm out of the running for the next number of months due to other life stuff/unrelated surgery I need to have and it absolutely sucks but I agree, it is a rest from constantly thinking about it all. Wishing you luck when you get back into it

I tend to do bum up anyway
I have a tilted uterus, and the nurse who did my first smear test suggested it when we got talking about my down belows. I can't say either way if it helps make babies though. I don't bother with legs in the air afterwards.
Always used preseed and raised legs- conceived twice. I’ve asked two fertility consultants about if either help and they basically said they weren’t convinced but it wouldn’t do any harm so might as well x
I conceived using preseed with my son first time. You don’t need to use as much as the box says!
It’s not necessary but there’s no harm in trying.
thanks guys! also, does anyone use pinkbird? i use pinkbird and flo, but pinkbirds ovulation days are waaaaay longer than flo? showing that u can still get preggo after ovulation but flo doesn’t.. and then flow date start before pinkbird i’m confused does anyone know why? i don’t use OPK because i went through a stage i was highly obsessed with doing pregnancy tests so i know u be addicted to those too!

Hey everyone, i’m new to this so hoping someone can help me! Ive been tracking my ovulation cycle and i finally got a peak result on day CD 16 at 12.30pm, I tested again that evening and was still peak. I then tested both morning and evening on CD 17, and was also peak. My question is, if i had intercourse twice on CD 16 and once on CD 17, will i be covered in my fertile window? I know once you get a peak, you usually start ovulating 12 - 24 hours after, but i’m just stressing myself out incase I didn’t actually ovulate until after the second day of having a peak result of that makes sense?
