That usually takes about 6-months to a year, and lots of work, dr's appts, psychiatric, nutritionist appts, etc and she might have to show that she has some medical conditions. Also- she would have to lose like 15lbs before the procedure to shrink her liver- which I cant even see her doing on her own in the first place....

Exactly! Ashley has Aria doing speech therapy online too. She needs to pull Tracy aside and instruct her on how to be a parent. Because Ashley and her husband are bomb a parents to that little girl. Always doing family things, Aria has a bike she rides while Ashley does her Pelaton it’s so cute to watch.
