I 100% agree with this. Whenever she goes out with Allie I think that's what they're doing. Getting wined, dined and fkd by older, greasy, skeevey men who probably look like child predators, who are cheating on their wives, or are that gross so they don't have one, all for money. It's probably her dream come true since Corey was cheating on her with sex workers. I really think she's twisted in her head like that. I’m sorry, it says a lot about her, that in her mid thirties she still loves to go out and party all weekend when she doesn’t have her kids. By standards of the 1990’s and early 2000’s…. If Tracy’s mom was able to be a stay at home mom, or work part time while Tracy’s dad made money that kept the family in a comfortable lifestyle, and they were still able to send 2 kids to college (expensive colleges at that… UPenn and Virginia Tech), plus have an in ground pool and a shore house…. She would be considered upper middle class.

By today’s standard,Tracy is a stereotypical governmental/ state assisted freeloader. Which makes me to believe that Julian’s diagnosis that she won’t talk about is more or less on paper so that Tracy can receive money for “taking care” of him and not having to go out and get a full time job because being his “caretaker” would be considered the “full time” job. As of today’s standards, Tracy is considered poor, and her parents are considered to be Working Class.

I agree with this assessment. Also, it’s a possibility the shore house is a timeshare and their country club membership is deeply discounted (free) through papa’s employer. The brothers could’ve got loans so their parents didn’t have to pay for any of their college tuition. Based on the pics Tracy posts, it appears GiGi’s house hasn’t been updated since the 80s so clearly they’re not spending money frivolously. They get food stamps for Tracy’s kids for sure. They probably have just enough money to get by but Tracy likes to give the illusion they’re rich. They definitely don’t give off upper middle class; I agree they’re working class at best.
