She has such a bad food relationship with herself. Someone said earlier she has binged for weeks and now restricts again. There was a sensible way of doing that but she isn’t able to do the balance! Binge eating for weeks over Christmas, now back eating Slimming World recipes and calling it "mindful eating". Desperately coming onto her stories claiming it's healthy and not worthy of an unfollow. Even she knows its all BS!
What would have been mindful eating would be not having 3 weeks of binge eating. She ate nothing but takeaways and treats in huge portions. Nothing healthy or mindful about that. I can't believe she charged people for advice on healthy eating. She is literally binging and yo yo dieting just like she was before.

I do SW on and off to keep myself on track - I put on 2 pounds over Christmas. 10 pounds for Tracey or the 7 pounds for fat to fatter Sarah Burke is nothing but a sign of pure gluttony. She restricts herself so much when she’s being ‘mindful’ that when she binges she has no controlHow does she put on 10 lbs over Christmas , I’m doing slimming world myself have lost 2.5 stone since August , I took 2 weeks holidays, had what I fancied and prob too many nights of drink and was only up 1/2 lb today
