I think that's it. I like the idea of Festivals and I really enjoy live and new music but I'm not a huge drinker and eat carefully. I'm well past pizza and greasy kebabs for 4 days straight. I also don't enjoy seeing Mary get messy and belligerent and wander around shitfaced in unsafe situations. The guts on the lads show me they're not coping well with this as a continuous lifestyle. Rob is more stressed about editing and keeping the money rolling in and keeping the rest of them working. It's not spontaneous, it's not much fun to watch the same old moans. Rob only likes a few bands and doing drunk karaoke to the same old songs. The hip hop Festival wasn't ever going to suit him so why go?

The EDC video was definitely much better, much more of the festival shown rather than them just getting pissed. It’s almost like they’ve been reading peoples comments!

That festival was insanely expensive!

Looking at the Patreon prices there’s about 30 at Venti level with their names at the start of the video so that’s £600 per month. And it says 840 paying members so that leaves another 810 paying £5 or £10 a month so if we go £7.50 that’s another £6,075 so they must be making around £7k in Patreon alone monthly, plus the sponsor of each video on top of that and then ad revenue from the videos!

Danny seems particularly cutting towards Jake at times. I wonder if Jake actually hangs out with anyone separately in the group or Rob is just always there when they go out or whatever.

Jake & Mary seem quite close too. I wonder if sometimes the age difference is a factor? I forget that Jake is only 24 whereas Rob,Raz, Danny & MB are all 30/31.

I’ve kinda fallen off TPD but a TikTok has came up on my fyp about them leaving their Download Camp and absolute mess & people in the comments are saying they were quite argumentative with the Download Staff.

there’s a reddit thread talking about the mess they left. it is actually disgusting. bags of rubbish, pillows and duvets left everywhere. just take them to the bin. i have mobility issues and still got rid of all my waste including a gazebo that got destroyed by the wind (just like theirs)

it’s worse cause they got all that stuff for free from fat franks.

I just started watching them when their Coachella vid was recommended to me and have binged every video since! Such a great channel and the amount of effort put into every video despite not having the views and subscribers they really deserve is really amazing

No I hated that. That was actually quite scary. Do they not think adults can be assaulted?!

I really enjoy their content and the Glastonbury video was really good. Appreciate the fact we got to see the scale of the thing as bbc only ever show the main stages. Don’t think I’d ever go there but glad they got to experience it.

I quite enjoyed the New Orleans video. Purely because it felt like they were somewhere they genuinely wanted to be just enjoying themselves.
Didn’t even bother watching the snow festival video as I gathered it would be the same as the last few they’ve been to where they come to the conclusion that they like the snow and drinking but not the music.

It’s a proper shame he missed out on it but as the festival season went on he seemed to be getting a bit more burnt out than the rest of them. It can’t be too good for your mental health being at a festival every single weekend so it seems burning man was a bit of a tipping point for him
