I know someone who was at one of those pool parties. He said it came to a certain time of the evening and a group of young men were 'chosen' to stay on. The others, including him, were ushered out and the doors were closed.

My first question was ‘why the hell is he posing in a big, thick sweater when it’s like 30 degrees. Then I realised it was just an excuse to flash his naked torso to the camera - twice.

I think he (or his people) are just desperate for him to be someone. And anything that will make him stand out and get attention will be used.
He didn't rule out LA in 4 years, but reality is his Olympic career is coming to an end. I can imagine him on I'm a celeb or something

I have zero issues with age gaps. But I really agree that the circumstances around them getting together was a bit dodgy. Tom had just lost his Dad & then hooked up with someone his age 🫣 I’ve always assumed the reason they have an open relationship has been to allow Tom to experience other guys given he was locked down from age 19, newly out.

Part of me wonders if the reason he did it this year was because his fame hadn't take off. The cute kid story saying he wanted to watch him compete has the whiff of PR about it
If they have a healthy relationship, and any outside activity is open and consensual, then I don’t see how it’s a terrible example. It’s just an alternative lifestyle. And I would assume they don’t rub it in the boys faces.

Sex and love, not the same thing. Plus I suspect Lance needs to do it to let Tom explore his sexuality.
While an open relationship isn't my type of thing. Each to their own, however having young kids now who are more aware of things, it doesn't feel quite right.
Tom will be in the BBC Studio instead of Tonia Couch as they won't need to fly him out to LA he's already there.
