I have massively cut down screen time. Especially the iPad and her behaviour has really improved. I’m glad you had a nice day, it makes such a difference when you’ve been having a rough phase. I have also been feeling like a tit mum but I think that actually shows we are good parents as we care so much. They are so forgiving though. It’s just us who beat ourselves up!So today I didn’t take the iPad with me in the car, we went to run a few errands and I just couldn’t be assed with it. Now, we NEVER have arguement over the iPad and she’s never bothered with me taking it off her at night time etc but her behaviour has been like she’s a different child…. And… I’ve not had to raise my voice or even shout once today. This is so rare atmalso……!!! She was led on me this afternoon and kept kissing me and being silly, it was just so so lovely as I’ve felt deflated and like a tit mum recently. AND we’ve not had any drama at bedtime. I read 2 books in my room 7:15-7:30 and at 7:30 she was in bed, she didn’t even mention books. I’m going to keep reading books in my room as then she will know it’s wee and into her bed for sleep. This is the first day / night in so long we’ve not had an arguement 🥹

Definitely don't think the heat helps. Mine has started tantruming again also at nursery. They mention it but it's not a massive deal I don't think.
ATM she has a meltdown because I won't let her run around the car park

I'm really grateful that my mum ended up having my daughter last night, as it meant we got to go out for a lovely meal, but I've texted her this morning and apparently she didn't fall asleep until 9 and was up at 6. So now I'm really annoyed that I'm gonna have a grumpy 3 year old all day. This happens every time she stays over at my mum's, it's like my mum just lets her do what she wants 
but I can't complain to her because she's doing me a favour! I just need to moan to someone

Omg only just seen this! He went to sleep at like 11:30pm then woke up at 5:30 🫠🫠 But was just completely shattered all day yesterday, fell straight back asleep at 2pm after nursery then he still went to sleep and was asleep by 8pm .Then slept till 8:30am today
so random. But cos he slept from like 5ish-9pm the other night he was just in a dead good mood so it weren’t that bad did get to like half 10 and i was like how much longer can i do this
