Hi all, new to this thread and so happy to find it! Please direct me if this has already been discussed I haven’t read the previous threads, but desperately looking for advice on promoting positive behaviour in my very nearly three year old!
Most of the time she is fine, can play independently and is sociable with other children (plays alongside but happy to join in with other more confident children) however we have crucial times that drive me insane. (For context we also have a nearly one year old so these times I have to share my time between them both)
- brushing teeth or brushing hair
- going to bed and staying in bed (she is no longer in a cot)
- staying at the dinner table when eating
- pushing or hitting her brother
I have tried lots of different methods - ignoring the bad behaviour, referring positively to good behaviours when they happen, we did have a reward chart for a little time for teeth brushing. Anyway basically I am asking is this just a phase

and does anyone have any hacks to help me get through it and remain sane?
