I’m thinking of getting rid of the monitor. This week has been AWFUL for sleep. My daugher(nearly 3) keeps crying out in her sleep and I think it’s night terrors or a bad dream, she’s always done it but some weeks are worse than others

, turning the monitor down onto the lowest level doesn’t really help it’s right next to my head.
For instance last night I went into re settle her so many times and in the end I stopped getting up and just shushed her through the monitor. I’m just sick of getting broken sleep, if I left my door open and her door open a little bit I could hear her if she’s fully screaming and like really wanting me. She wouldn’t ever come into my bedroom unless she’s woken up and is up for the day anyway. I’m just such a worrier but I’m just wondering what age were your kids when you got rid of the monitor? (I think I’ll still use it for naps and then when I’m going to sleep at night turn it off? Hmmmm)
