OMG please tell me she's done going on about this! I'm almost starting to feel sorry for TB.

CM is like your mum when a teacher puts you in detention for doing something stupid, but in your mums eyes you're an angel that can do no wrong so she goes into your class and goes apeshit at your teacher in front of your whole class, and even has a go at your classmates for not sticking up for you even though your guilty af and everyone knows it!

I’d actually forgotten about this site totally until Cathy Martin posted about it and then I remembered and wanted to come have a nosy - I would probably never have bothered if she hadn’t, so well done there shooting yourself in the foot, Cathy .

I followed Tiffany and honestly didn’t mind her too much, but I only watched a few of her stories so had missed a lot of what people had been talking about. Though I was getting a little fed up at all the constant freebies going to someone who clearly could afford all of those things? Like there’s a pandemic going on, thousands of people are at risk of losing their jobs or having a drop in their income, but companies throw free stuff at someone who can afford whatever she wants.

But my main gripe today was actually that CM described people as “bleeping nobodies” - which alright, I get that you’re angry and want to defend your friend, but something about it pissed me off. It really became clear that if you don’t have an important job or, idk, a certain number of instagram followers,you’re a “nobody”. So teachers are nobodies, nurses are nobodies, sales assistants, SAH parents, carers - all of you are of no consequence whatsoever unless you have a decent instagram following or a good job. Well thanks, Cathy. Glad to know where you stand.

Cathy Martin is only losing the plot as her little cash cow tiffy can't do any sponsored posts and make her £££. Otherwise she wouldn't give a toss. It's so obvious. Cathy only cares about her little minions as they make her money. I know another ni blogger was approached by Cathy Martin to represent her and she turned it down. Cathy has pretty much stopped her from getting any work in NI since. Also disgusting how she carried on over Steven clements. His poor family I thought that was absolutely vile and incredibly insensitive

Exactly, the "f**king nobodies" who fund their lifestyles they so fiercely defend.

I'm not against people who are influencers as their job, good for them to get to that level. Its the lack of responsibility that gets me and pure disregard and vile attacks on anyone who dare question anything they do.

Exactly. CM assumes that anyone who clicked on that link from here was instantly guilty of ‘hate’.

1)Being on here dosen’t mean that you have a profile.

2)Even if one had a profile, they were more than likely engaging in legitimate comment/opinion.

3)Friends of Tiffany no doubt clicked on the link. Is CM accusing such friends/acquaintances of automatically being ‘hateful fuckwits’ by virtue of being on here?

4) CM says that TB ‘found a way of identifying the trolls close to home’. This admits that the ‘North Coast Queen’ profile is indeed TB, and was done with the knowledge, before or after, of CM.

CM has a serious attention seeking problem, even to the point of making obviously flawed assumptions. I seen a video of her recently where she invited a media outlet to film her getting some type of vaginal tightening treatment, Genveve or something. Seriously, wtf. Check it out



It’s verging on a psychosis. Then there’s the blog where she detailed her cheating partners activities. Then there’s the poor daughter who has a pic taken each morning and night for Cathys Insta story. Poor thing.

The press are all over it but the manager has to come out and defend player because they know that without him in the side they are a weaker team.

The threats of using IP is embarrassing, does she actually know that these are useless. All they show is that someone was on tattle or viewed her insta at that internet connection. No crime has been committed as far as I can see, just peoples honest opinions. What is she going to do send them to the PSNI for expressing their right to freedom of speech.

I was disgusted with her posts that time Stephen had just died. I called her out on it on her insta several times, she deleted my posts, and I presume, blocked me, can’t be sure as I blocked her first because her attitude actually turned me. Who even gets on like that when somebody dies?!?!?!!!!!

If we contacted TB and said we disagreed with her whole feed, she’s hardly going to take it on board, as demonstrated by her attitude of calling anyone who criticises her a bully.

I’ve watched Cathy Martins video and it struck me as really, really bizarre as others have mentioned here.
what I mean by that is, if you turned off the audio and watched the video - you’d think she was discussing something pretty upbeat and positive.

the video is in a sunny garden - she even refers to the sun. She laughs during points in the video and she is smiling throughout.

IMO, Cathys body language does not align at all to the message she is trying to convey.

in addition, I find it odd that - her friend has come off Instagram as a result of comments made about her on a forum, but she insists she is happy. Cathy’s reaction is to broadcast it more than TB has, to go on a rant which places CM at the centre of it all (“I’ve been up since 3am”).

I also find it bizarre that Cathy has tried to get momentum going for people to post online about how much people love Tiffany... her approach isn’t to tell Tiffany to focus on the people who know her in real life but instead it’s “oh don’t worry there are lots of people online who DO like you” because that’s what matters most in Cathys world, right? Having an adoring audience online?

if Tiffany takes anything away from this debacle I hope it’s to really reassess the people who claim to be her friend. What sort of person calls another person a “nobody”? Just because someone hasn’t got 10k followers doesn’t mean they aren’t loved, that they don’t contribute to society etc etc.

I also would really question how authentic Cathys concern is in this situation... we may be commenting on TB online but at least we aren’t faking concern, causing further embarrassment and pretending to be her friend.

Since all hell broke loose on Friday I have noticed the following:

1. The number of new users to the site or existing ones who have reactivated accounts has increased. Nosiness? Something to add? Seeking more information? Who knows.
2. The CM blogger circle have each posted something about trolling, bullying or unfollowing. I think that is an important message but it doesnt entirely cover what's gone on here. I'd have more respect for them if they didnt just blindly post something because they were told to do it or for fear of being frozen out and no more work. When you respresent a brand, either your own or another business, you need to act within a certain code of conduct that is professional. As blogging is relatively new i think this still remains heavily unregulated and grey. Influencers should absolutely be called out for nasty behaviour- called out though, not bullied. The difficulty here is that they automatically refer to being pulled for something as bullying. And that's where the anti bullying message gets lost. Responsibility and accountability have to be key behaviours on their part just as much as those offering feedback should be rational, polite, constructive and not aggressive or witchy. There is an underlying frustration that posters here have reached out from their real accounts only to be blocked and so they vent here instead. Said influencer then gets upset criticisms get aired here instead. They are feeding the fire. Id guess if they did engage with legitimate constructive criticisms they would actually be respected more, even if it was an agree to disagree situation. With that said if someone messages them with what initially was valid feedback but it descends into aggression they either need to start again or expect to be blocked. Constructive is the key word.
3. I suspect much upset for what has gone on comes from the fact that some of the people TB has identified from her "trap" or the silence in the aftermath, are far closer to home than ever imagined. And I can understand her pain there a bit. It is a huge kick in the stones when betrayed not by "faceless people" but people you actually know, may actually be close to and never expected to see.
For a time TB was commented on daily here for the gifted stuff. The anger wasnt always justified. Companies gift influencers because they can get exposure for their brand. If they gifted it to someone who actually needed it, that would be nice but theres not much PR in it. Gifting is basically cheap advertising. If angry about it, that anger should have went to the company, not necessarily the influencer.
4. Motives. It remains to be seen what CMs motives are for her over the top rage. It's also a pity that this "rage" has almost eclipsed a lot of other more important stuff.

I hope that learning all round comes from this. That constructive criticisms can be offered here without nastiness and unnecessary horrible jibes and name calling. Some posters have already offered self reflections and apologies for some stuff and that's actually commendable.
I hope that for the other side it enables bloggers to reflect on their behaviour, content, responsibilities and engagement etiquette. Not everyone is a troll or a bully. If you want direct engagement with real profiles you need to be able to take criticism on the chin and not hit the block button the minute someone messages you and doesnt tell you that you are amazing.
