Don’t feel bad. She’s all take, take, take. I used to go to the same gym as her (never declares her gifted PT) and she is not friendly. Haha really? I always thought it was totally suspicious that she felt the need to go so over the top with her response, it was well known enough in Belfast about what she was up to and that her Dad arranged for her wee Dubai exchange to take the heat off...God I was pished last nite

So her little followers could take her side while she publicly denies it. She lost her peanut butter girl brand over it all and still publicly denies it. Usually I don't find her as irritating as most on instagram and at times would defend her because she does come across a bit harmless compared to the likes of LMD. But this was point blank stupid.

Jesus, imagine saying that! She is literal and pure poison to women, constantly ramming “diet culture” down people’s throats. People with mental health concerns and eating disorders should bore off. Horrific. I don’t have an eating disorder but her obsession with counting calories and posting would be so unbelievably triggering to anyone struggling atm. This lock down is an even harder time for people with disordered eating. I’m so glad someone screen shot this, I can’t think of any brands she promotes but this would be the kiss of death for any blogger who works with women or young girls and rightly so. I don’t think it was a book per say. If I remember correctly it was all online (correct me if I’m wrong though!) It was called “fit body bible” and was literally just workout and meal plans.

Yep all that exercising as directed by that #gifted PT she doesn’t declare. It’s even worse as she tried to give diet counter-culture a go with that “bloated” picture she put out years ago. She doesn’t practice what she preaches at all.
She had a few quiet days after her PSNI warning, sadly it seems to have worn off already.
Whoever said she’ll be unbearable when rugby is back at Ravenhill was right. If they last that long, of course...
She used to work out with another PT (i think Ashley Crooks but not 100% sure) and they were due to produce a release a training guide together. Then seemingly out of the blue they stopped working together, and she then brought out the (renamed guide) Fit Body Bible all on her own instead. Did she just completely take his idea and make it her own? It always confused me because he was a fully quaified and experienced PT, whereas she was a gym bunny who participated in one of those body building shows back in her peanut butter girl days? How that qualifies anyone to produce such a guide is beyond me and more fool anyone who paid for it.
