Why does he keep saying they've lost the house, they haven't! maybe all the possessions need to be replaced and maybe the windows, but other than that the house is still structurally sound, but then I suppose that doesn't have as much impact as we've lost everything! I know I’m most probably going to be hated for this but if god forbid one of the kids did die in that fire do you think he would still be on tiktok milking it? Because I reckon he would!! A fire nearly destroyed your whole house and could have easily killed your kids and/or your girlfriend!!! Yet you’re posting videos and going live instead of concentrating on what’s more important. another person who I think is out of order is that CJ the one who’s voice sounds like a man and sometimes begs for PayPal donations to buy energy drinks or cigarettes. On her live the day after the fire outting some lad off Snapchat that everyone must have seen the video of saying he started the fire but jack said the lad was doing for clout, her and her son can’t think of his name were giving out this lads tiktok/Instagram/Snapchat/Facebook profiles, now I’m sorry it’s obvious this lad was only doing things for clout as he said he set fire to the bin when we all knew before CJ was live it was the car!!! I personally don’t think it’ll take the fire forensics & police long to work out what happened.

It’s a dreadful incident, but the house is / has not ‘burnt down’. The glazing & frames need replaced, the render redone & of course the front rooms need cleaned of smoke residue.

To put it into perspective, my friend had a severe fire in his kitchen, in the actual inside of his house. It was gutted but the rest of the house was fine, save for smoke damage - walls & possessions covered in soot. It happened on a Friday night, the insurance company sent an adjustor out on Monday. A cleaning company was sent to deal with the smoke damage on the Wednesday or Thursday. Apart from the kitchen, the house was fine & habitable again a week after the fire occurred.
