I came here a few weeks ago looking for a thread for this person and couldn’t find one, except a post to say she was ‘off limits’.

I’m so glad this is here now. I unfollowed her maybe 2 weeks ago as I just had enough. I started folllwing her when she hit the news last year about Jaxon and his carers etc, and I had a lot of sympathy for her and the situation. I won’t slate her as a mother as that’s not what I’m about and she is a good mum and I can imagine with a child with needs, it is hard work. HOWEVER, she is not a nice person IMO. She’s shown her true colours recently and she is using that child, her story isn’t the same as what it once was and I don’t think her end goal is the same as what it was. Where it was once ‘I need help for Jaxon please don’t take my care away’, it is now ‘I want to be famous in some way shape or form’ and ultimately, it will be Jaxon who suffers.

I applaud you all for creating this thread, it’s nice to see that others think the same.

O.K,so she raised just over £100,000 in donations. She has paid for ‘Feeding school,Speach and language therapy and a chiropractor’ so £5,000 feeding school plus £45 a session for SALT and similar price for chiropractor.She hasn’t done either very often as I am pretty sure she would film and talk about it more.Let’s be generous and say she has had 75 hours @ £45 so £3,375.Total spend approximately £8,375.
I googled the cost of a highly qualified carer in her area,she uses an agency at the moment as the cost is no concern to her,carers through an agency are £35-40 an hour. Privately advertised is between £12-20 ph.They are totally competent and qualified to care for him.
She says she has enough money left for a night and a half day care for one year. So 12 hour night shift plus a 6 hour half day- 18 hours x 52 weeks =936 hours per year. Times that by £18 ( approximate hourly rate ) equals £16,848.
Theoretically she should have enough left for over 5 years care not 1,£16,848 x5 =£82,840.
So I think she has blown the bulk of the donations on designer clothes,luxury holidays,ridiculous down payment on her Mercedes,weekly manicures,hot tubs and what for her son? Not much! Suzie Jervil did say quite specifically she could spend it on whatever the duck she wanted as she deserved it! Kaytee you are a fraudulent thief.

£35-40 for agency carers?! Where the hell is that Im in a much more expensive area than Kaytee, and I use the most expensive care agency there is locally, and that's £28ph. And my child is more complex than Jaxon. Private therapies here are about £80ph but I don't believe she's spent money on that anyway or she would have mentioned it at the time. We have to know each time he even goes for bloods ffs. She should have way more than 5 years worth left. How does she get away with this from a benefits point of view anyway, she would have had to stop claiming UC if she was gifted all that money.

The 75 hours for a chiropractor is too generous a estimate. Theres no way he would have had 75 hours without her mentioning it at least once on instagram. My daughter is under GOSH too, when her consultant heard we had paid for 2 sessions with a local chiropractor, he referred us to their own. Infants Js age only have minimal sessions with chiros, GOSH recommended other options to us similar to what Kaytee started doing so I assumed at the time she had been told the same by GOSH too as I noticed she was taking him to footprints in nottingham and after speaking to GOSH about chiros and we took my daughter to similar sessions that Footprints do by us. Most are charity run so you make a donation if you can afford it. If J needed a private chiro it would be listed on his EHC plan so could get this paid for by direct payments/personal budget. Same with a speech and language. It would be on his EHC if required, he should be under the S&L team and if she wanted to source this herself she could get direct payments/personal budget for it.

There is no way Kaytee will be paying agency or private carers. Jaxson needs childcare not carers for a start. Two different things. There is no need for her to pay privately for anything like this.

Shes stopped talking about her bestie being ofsted registered and going to be providing his care. She apparently quit her job to do it. She wont mention this again I suspect it was a lie to justify their girly weekend in london. But she can hire a ofsted registered childminder to fit around nursery/school so she can work, there are SEN childminders in nottingham I just checked on google. Some charge as little as £4.50 a hour or have day rates between £30-£50 per day. She will be able to claim back 85% of childcare costs depending on what shes earning.

She said previously there are no special need nurserys at all in nottingham. Every council has to have a section on their website called 'local offer' listing everything available for children with SEND. They have listed 144 childcare nurserys listed for children with disabilities in nottingham, some have fulltime places & 133 offer free places for 3&4 yr olds including school nurseries. You can also find an approved SEN childminder through the local offer service or source yourself through the many websites that they advertise their services with. I had to do this with my daughter and the council helped me sort it all out.

J has a EHC plan and unless he has been moved onto a child protection plan he should be on a child in need plan. If Kaytee needs carers for respite/care reasons she can employ people herself through his EHC plan and claim a personal budget and/or Direct payments. She can either arrange it herself or the council can remain in charge of the funds. She could try and get a carer or a PA this way but she wouldn't get full time hours paid because it's not there to provide full time childcare so you can work. She can use childcare for most of the hours and have a personal budget/direct payments to cover the rest. She would only get this if they assessed them to actual need it. Does she? If she put her phone down, she would find she has alot of time to do things.

Talking about EHCs. She mentioned yesterday she went through it months ago and made corrections and is now doing it again. She also said they have a school named. Schools can only be named on the final copy of a EHC plan not on the draft, even if they know where it will be, it's never put on the draft by law. You check a EHC draft plan and can make ammendments within 15 days the final is then sent out. If you dont agree with the final you have to appeal, got to mediation and then sendist tribunal. If she went through it a few months back I doubt it is annual review time. If a school is already named it must be a final copy and they have done it really early, the deadline for Js age is 15th February. Continuing care can only be withdrawn if there is no evidence of a priority or severe needs and other services and providers can manage needs. If she is looking at his EHC again I would be inclined to think she has had or is about to have a emergency review or they have done a ammendment notice and sent a final out. They dont need to send a draft out if they do a ammendment note, if something needs taking out or adding to it they can just do it.

This would make sense if continuing care are withdrawing. Either them or Kaytee can request a emergency review or they can just do a ammendment notice. They can then amend his ehcp to include a personal budget and/or direct payments so she can employ people if hes assessed to need it. They can do a amendment notice without contacting you or calling a review meeting too, they then send the final out.

Also any one can request a social carers assessment. J will be on a CIN plan as well as the EHC plan. There is no way Kaytee will be using the fundraiser to pay privately. Lots of us in the sen community told her at the time she didnt need to raise money for carers, she knows about direct payments and personal budgets, she knows she could request PA hours to be paid for, she knew she could get up to 85% of childcare costs covered too if shes working. She knew before the others set their fundraisers up for her but never explained to her followers she had other options and distanced herself from the sen parents who were trying to help her understand things. Looking back it's clear she didnt want people to tell her things she knew but didnt want all the none sen followers knowing how things work. She did a post once on her grid where she said she had found lots of people in the sen community but had then found people who had no experience of what our life was like and she had a greater appreciation for those people because they could learn from her. She meant those with no experience she could tell lies and manipulate them, giving a sob story so they put their hands in their pockets.

If they deem Js needs are not high enough to warrant a PA/carer through personal budget she needs to tell people the reason why she wants to pay for carers is not because it's not provided its because hes not bad enough to need them and she really she wants to use them for childcare which is not what carers are for, she should say its because she doesnt want to be a fulltime mum and needs time to socialise and go to events. She knows she can claim up to 85% back plus has 15 hours of free nursery time. If she isnt eligible for up to 85% back it's because she is earning too much and doesnt need help to pay it. That's not a excuse to make strangers on the net pay for it by pretending shes hard done by. (Working as a nurse isnt a excuse either, you can see shes about to quit that if she hasnt already, shes earning enough without doing 16 hours of nursing a week)

Babies have their parents up throughout the night. If it was the law that people had carers if their child didnt sleep through the night, all parents at some point would be entitled to carers. J gets between 10 and 11 hours of sleep according to the stats she posts herself, theres no need for night time carers based on those figures.

Yessss thanks for saying all this. She doesn't like us sen parents following her because we know the truth. Nothing she says ever adds up, which probably isn't obvious if you don't know how the disability/medical world works. I just wish more of her followers could be enlightened about all this.

She doesnt have time to get her sons tube site sorted but shes got time to meet a fit pt and do squats for the gram like she didnt have money before her insta ad work to buy a few books because she needed his fundraiser money to buy herself tit.

I dont think she even did the feeding programme. I think she found out the details about it, researched it then decided to make out he was on it but just made it up herself. Why would experts in nutrition recommend taking a child off tube feeds and put them straight onto eating solid junk food. There was no nutritional food being ate. It was brownies, crisps and bacon. Food full of salt that would encourage dehydration even more. Doesnt sound right to me. I couldn't bare to watch him whilst she was doing it. My daughter is tube fed, there is no way I would have continued with it when his deterioration was visible within days. I asked GOSH when I found out about it and they were so strict in saying not to even consider it. Look back at her grid photos, before he started it compared to how he looked when doing it. Social services should have stepped in. He ended up in hospital and they put him straight back on tube feeds. She said he went into hospital because of low potassium levels. That was because of what she put him through I would put money on it.

If they deem Js needs are not high enough to warrant a PA/carer through personal budget she needs to tell people the reason why she wants to pay for carers is not because it's not provided its because hes not bad enough to need them and she really she wants to use them for childcare which is not what carers are for, she should say its because she doesnt want to be a fulltime mum and needs time to socialise and go to events. She knows she can claim up to 85% back plus has 15 hours of free nursery time. If she isnt eligible for up to 85% back it's because she is earning too much and doesnt need help to pay it. That's not a excuse to make strangers on the net pay for it by pretending shes hard done by. (Working as a nurse isnt a excuse either, you can see shes about to quit that if she hasnt already, shes earning enough without doing 16 hours of nursing a week)

Babies have their parents up throughout the night. If it was the law that people had carers if their child didnt sleep through the night, all parents at some point would be entitled to carers. J gets between 10 and 11 hours of sleep according to the stats she posts herself, theres no need for night time carers based on those figures.

£35-40 for agency carers?! Where the hell is that Im in a much more expensive area than Kaytee, and I use the most expensive care agency there is locally, and that's £28ph. And my child is more complex than Jaxon. Private therapies here are about £80ph but I don't believe she's spent money on that anyway or she would have mentioned it at the time. We have to know each time he even goes for bloods ffs. She should have way more than 5 years worth left. How does she get away with this from a benefits point of view anyway, she would have had to stop claiming UC if she was gifted all that money.

Some of us reported her to benefits along time ago reported everything. The fundraisers, the t shirt business, the calendars, instagram work, being self employed doing fillers etc. Not long after her website selling the t shirts and calendars was replaced with a message saying it was being worked on and you couldnt order or see anything that used to be there for sale.

One fundraiser was paid out and closed down. The other two were on go fund me, they let you withdraw money at any point without closing but she suddenly set hers to being paused for new donations, she didnt close it when she could have, it's there ready to be opened again. The other is still open for donations but both could have had all the amounts withdrawn because they let you do that. All this happened in february after she had been reported. In some cases you have to pay tax too on fundraisers, shes not a charity and the fundraisers say for Kaytee aswell as J, so she cant claim they are just for a child in need.

She told everyone at the start of january she had a job but didnt start working till half way through august. We think that job in january is different to the one she actually started. DBS checks dont take 8 months. The pandemic happened and DBS checks are done even quicker at the moment because theres a urgent need for staff. We think she turned down the january job when she realised she was being investigated. (It all adds up when you look at the dates when people reported her and how long it takes them to investigate and notify the person they're being investigated)

We think she had benefits either stopped fully, cut or sanctioned for a certain amount of time as punishment plus had to repay some benefits, plus pay tax on the calendar sales, t shirts and filler work. She suddenly starting working during a pandemic, focused on instagram work and got herself the accountant. Shes obviously trying to be legitimate this time so it wont be long before she opens her website back up with the t shirts and calendars for sale now she has the accountant to sort it out properly without getting into trouble again

I dont think she even did the feeding programme. I think she found out the details about it, researched it then decided to make out he was on it but just made it up herself. Why would experts in nutrition recommend taking a child off tube feeds and put them straight onto eating solid junk food. There was no nutritional food being ate. It was brownies, crisps and bacon. Food full of salt that would encourage dehydration even more. Doesnt sound right to me. I couldn't bare to watch him whilst she was doing it. My daughter is tube fed, there is no way I would have continued with it when his deterioration was visible within days. I asked GOSH when I found out about it and they were so strict in saying not to even consider it. Look back at her grid photos, before he started it compared to how he looked when doing it. Social services should have stepped in. He ended up in hospital and they put him straight back on tube feeds. She said he went into hospital because of low potassium levels. That was because of what she put him through I would put money on it.

Ive no doubt she did make the initial enquires, but like everything else she does she probably decided it was too much effort anyway. Like she has with the masters, nursing, blended diet, looking after her child's gastrostomy site, staying with her child while he's in hospital, talking to her kid instead of sticking him in front of an iPad etc. The only way she will be happy is if the state pays for full time childcare so she can swan about on instagram and going to fancy hotels whilst still using J for engagement.

I've seen a few mention she raised over £100,000, I thought it was less than that? Her chair fundraiser raised £23,942, Megan Lanes just giving fundraiser raised £8,642, Susie and Rosie's go fund me £18,408 so a total of £50,992. Was there more fundraisers then if she raised over £100k how the heck did she manage to raise over 100k, are there more fundraisers, do you know if people are still donating

The 75 hours for a chiropractor is too generous a estimate. Theres no way he would have had 75 hours without her mentioning it at least once on instagram. My daughter is under GOSH too, when her consultant heard we had paid for 2 sessions with a local chiropractor, he referred us to their own. Infants Js age only have minimal sessions with chiros, GOSH recommended other options to us similar to what Kaytee started doing so I assumed at the time she had been told the same by GOSH too as I noticed she was taking him to footprints in nottingham and after speaking to GOSH about chiros and we took my daughter to similar sessions that Footprints do by us. Most are charity run so you make a donation if you can afford it. If J needed a private chiro it would be listed on his EHC plan so could get this paid for by direct payments/personal budget. Same with a speech and language. It would be on his EHC if required, he should be under the S&L team and if she wanted to source this herself she could get direct payments/personal budget for it.

There is no way Kaytee will be paying agency or private carers. Jaxson needs childcare not carers for a start. Two different things. There is no need for her to pay privately for anything like this.

Shes stopped talking about her bestie being ofsted registered and going to be providing his care. She apparently quit her job to do it. She wont mention this again I suspect it was a lie to justify their girly weekend in london. But she can hire a ofsted registered childminder to fit around nursery/school so she can work, there are SEN childminders in nottingham I just checked on google. Some charge as little as £4.50 a hour or have day rates between £30-£50 per day. She will be able to claim back 85% of childcare costs depending on what shes earning.

She said previously there are no special need nurserys at all in nottingham. Every council has to have a section on their website called 'local offer' listing everything available for children with SEND. They have listed 144 childcare nurserys listed for children with disabilities in nottingham, some have fulltime places & 133 offer free places for 3&4 yr olds including school nurseries. You can also find an approved SEN childminder through the local offer service or source yourself through the many websites that they advertise their services with. I had to do this with my daughter and the council helped me sort it all out.

J has a EHC plan and unless he has been moved onto a child protection plan he should be on a child in need plan. If Kaytee needs carers for respite/care reasons she can employ people herself through his EHC plan and claim a personal budget and/or Direct payments. She can either arrange it herself or the council can remain in charge of the funds. She could try and get a carer or a PA this way but she wouldn't get full time hours paid because it's not there to provide full time childcare so you can work. She can use childcare for most of the hours and have a personal budget/direct payments to cover the rest. She would only get this if they assessed them to actual need it. Does she? If she put her phone down, she would find she has alot of time to do things.

Talking about EHCs. She mentioned yesterday she went through it months ago and made corrections and is now doing it again. She also said they have a school named. Schools can only be named on the final copy of a EHC plan not on the draft, even if they know where it will be, it's never put on the draft by law. You check a EHC draft plan and can make ammendments within 15 days the final is then sent out. If you dont agree with the final you have to appeal, got to mediation and then sendist tribunal. If she went through it a few months back I doubt it is annual review time. If a school is already named it must be a final copy and they have done it really early, the deadline for Js age is 15th February. Continuing care can only be withdrawn if there is no evidence of a priority or severe needs and other services and providers can manage needs. If she is looking at his EHC again I would be inclined to think she has had or is about to have a emergency review or they have done a ammendment notice and sent a final out. They dont need to send a draft out if they do a ammendment note, if something needs taking out or adding to it they can just do it.

This would make sense if continuing care are withdrawing. Either them or Kaytee can request a emergency review or they can just do a ammendment notice. They can then amend his ehcp to include a personal budget and/or direct payments so she can employ people if hes assessed to need it. They can do a amendment notice without contacting you or calling a review meeting too, they then send the final out.

Also any one can request a social carers assessment. J will be on a CIN plan as well as the EHC plan. There is no way Kaytee will be using the fundraiser to pay privately. I cant help it, she lies too much. We all go through all this, we all have to deal with it. With him being under 4 shes in a better position than alot given she can use nurseries. She knew how things worked before she did her crying sob stories where she didnt wash her hair for a few days or put make up on so she looked the part of 'desperate mum' doing her 'RIP to me and him' posts. She knew she could replace carers with other services and providers that would be funded. Shes a con artist, not a good mum. If she was a good mum she would be praising his progress not making out hes worse than he is so she gets more. If she was a good sen advocate she would be teaching her followers how the system works, what they can apply for and how to get things in put in place

Because she wanted to be insta famous, so she paid to go to events where other influencers also attend, she made friends with a bunch of them, they fell for her tit and shared her sob story to their followers who believe everything they're told and before you know its shes got thousands in the bank and is one of the influencers she desperately wanted to be. Give it a few days of her 'processing carers being withdrawn' like she said yesterday and she will be asking her followers to help her again. She wont spend a few days processing it though, shes just going to spend a few days where she doesnt wash her hair so she looks tired and in need of help when she does her crying stories If anyone says anything she will do stories about them, send her followers to troll them and they will loose their own followers and be labelled as someone who bullys a sen parent. Its sen parents who have called her out, it's not like it's someone with no experience of her life. Nobody considers the sen community are angry with her because shes a liar and a fraud.
