I remember on a general q&a she did a while back someone asked when she was going to start a family. She could have ignored that one question of course but instead she posted it with an arsey reply about already being a family or something. It’s soooo bland. I know the maximalist trend is overdone but it suits a period property much better more than what’s she done. Everything she’s done so far looks too big or too small (plus she’s ripped a fireplace out of the kitchen too, I see). She obviously has no idea about interior design because you can’t just transplant your signature style from one property to the next unless you know what you’re doing. Painting everything beige and putting modern features in a period property is what a house flipper does. I’m not saying absolutely everything should be period appropriate but imo, she should have worked with the features of the house, rather than trying to erase them entirely. That’s what a lot of people did in the 60’s/70’s with houses built pre war and we’re now everyone spending money trying to restore the original features. If she wanted to live in a soulless box, buy a new build or build it yourself.

I might be in the minority but I liked what she did with her last house, but this one is just blah. I can see the look she’s going for, but she’s just missing the mark. The mirror on the wall above the fire in the dining room (?) is foul too.

I’ll admit that I really liked how she decorated the house before this one, so I don’t know what’s happened here. The colour of the units, the fugly caravan style net curtains, the overall blandness of it all. The fireplace isn’t the only original feature that she’s bulldozed over either (remember the tiles in the hall?). I can’t understand for the life of me why she bought a victorian house if all she wanted to do was turn it into a soulless box. She should have gone for a new build or one of those concrete bunkers like Lorna Luxe has moved to.

Why is she writing ‘october’ instead of October!
It’s obviously intentional as autocorrect uses a capital O for you, so she’s deliberately changing it. She’s so bloody pretentious and odd!
A name has a capital letter, it’s basic English but I guess it’s not aesthetic enough for the gram to use regular grammar. Twit!

Especially someone like Chelsea, who's husband works in a prison.

I have worked in the healthcare aspect in a prison, I have close friends who also work in prisons, they have been stalked, threatened and asulted by prisoners and ex prisoners. Inside and out of HMP.

The amount of details Chelsea gives online is shocking. You can probably guess the prison he works at (I have, quite easily) I find her online footprint so unnerving.

Its gross that she is now monetising her baby rather than thinking of her familys safety.

Yes it was gifted. To give her credit she puts a lot into her ad’s generally but she is scatter gun with it. Not just home but she’ll take whatever seems to be thrown at her. It’s a shame these influencers lose their indemnity and genuine side. I suppose they are making as much £ as possible whilst they can!

Yeah I suppose she does put a lot into her ad’s - just look at these ( many more too as I thought her latest car ad looked familiar ) . I’ve said it before Chelsea takes most of her ideas from other influencers that THEY did 2/3yrs ago. Proof is in the photos ( Chelsea is the top photo )

Nothing pisses me off more than seeing people who could easily afford these trips being gifted them yet poor underprivileged children who have nothing get nothing . Tbh I don’t hate everything they’ve done. But this dressing room and the hallway floor are absolute travesties. The rest of it is bland but ok, although her thirst to be eyeswoon is pitiable.

I actually really like the en suite, it’s a lovely use of space and materials, although I’m wondering why a double sink in a room that’s too small for two people! Seems like an instagram bathroom trend that will disappear soon.

I don’t understand double sinks anyway. I don’t want my husband in the bathroom with me when I’m doing anything and I don’t think we’ve ever been in a situation where we’re desperate for another sink so he can brush his teeth/wash his hands/whatever that can’t wait two minutes.

Chelsea will always live rent free in my mind as one of the most shameless begs on insta.

I stumbled across her account in her previous house on 2021, she had a pretty big following back then too.

She had a habit of posting to ask for “recommendations” then lo and behold she’d be “gifted” that same thing a day or so later.

I’ll never forget her specifically asking for recommendations for a new mattress. A few days later and she’s being invited by Simba? Emma? Or similar to a showroom, posting about all the different mattresses and having one delivered to her that was kindly gifted.

unthought, fuck this, and unfollowed. Until today (I’m moving house soon and following lots of house content for inspo) she pops up in my feed.

I take it she’s still a big a grifter as ever? Does she still work at that car company?
