She messaged a plus size black blogger in a DM saying that she’s held of work but she needs to pay her bills and ain’t no white peiple doing it and that black insta huns need support in terms of engagement and likes.

I refuse her ad revenue is race related. She’s a bleeping mess and she’s an awful influencer but none of that is because of her colour. It’s because of the reasons explained and the fact she’s got 3 threads here. I’m the first one to stand up to injustice, I’ve been at the end of racists and what I can’t tolerate are people trying to virtue signal and increase her engagement off the back of it.

If she wasn’t as much of a clampit, she’d have more followers.

I don't disbelieve anyone who says that they have experienced racism. I've seen her use her white voice on YouTube etc and I bet she has had those conversations with her husband. I've had them with mine. I reckon most black families have.

However I do agree that she is using this for engagement and I'd be behind her if she consistently talked about race and blm before the death of George flloyd. Its not enough to jump on a bandwagon. I've never seen her promote black children's literature, black hair products or anything really. Thanks jess but we needed you years ago.
