One odd thing about Jess is that she emphasises looking after your mental health but totally neglects her physical health. She is getting bigger as each week passes, appears to take no exercise and eats highly processed food. I feel like crap when I eat processed food and take no exercise so she must feel below par all the time. Why does body positive have to equal unhealthy?
