This is my thought too! I had my first child 8 months ago and had a rough idea of how much your pelvic floor is effected after childbirth. Not once have I ever wet myself since having my daughter. It’s drummed into you how that isn’t normal and there is something seriously wrong down there if you are leaking / weeing yourself like that. Yet she talks about it as if it’s as common as stretch marks from growing a child, having a bit more of a wobbly belly, lower boobs from breastfeeding etc. Weeing yourself like that is not the norm
