Tim definitely boarded at the same time as the rest of the family. SSS is right in front of him when he boards.
I haven't flown SW in years but I remember at one point you could get priority boarding if you had small children or if you were disabled.

Still, as already mentioned, it's ridiculous that it took 3 adults to wrangle a 3- and a 6-year old with such difficulty.

That's weird about the tickets even the last time I flew with hemt which I want to say was prepandemic you could get sent an electronic version on your phone. And we know she always has her phone.
She doesn't even have the My Disney Experience app and they literally go to Disney for a living. There's no way she could handle putting a boarding pass in her Apple Wallet and then opening it at the gate. No possible way.
Priority boarding for families with small children is usually for children under 2.
Their tickets must not have been booked together or at the same time since they had different boarding groups.
I last flew in April and it was myself and my 3 year old son. I opted for paper boarding passes because that’s what was most efficient for me but no one else I saw had paper boarding passes everyone was using their phone.
It is my understanding that Southwest doesn't do family boarding anymore. It used to be families can board in between group A and B. But I also believe that parties who are booked together get the same boarding group...so what happened here? Or is this more lying? Which wouldn't be shocking.
When we flew Delta last month, when I went to the kiosk to check my bags, it gave me the option to print boarding passes. I chose no and it still printed them out for us.
There's been lots of issues according to the SWA reddit with people paying to pick seats together and the system moving everyone away from each other day of, including children ending up by themselves.
did universal provide them with these flights? did they give them two adults and two kids- which then they had to buy a single ticket for the sister- and swapped tim and her around in the plan?
Is early bird check in still a thing with them? Wouldn't put it pass then to pay it for some but not all the tickets. Maybe they had to pay for
ticket.

The general consensus seems to be that Universal did pay for the flights because no way the Bojos would actively choose to fly Southwest. Molly was also on a Southwest flight.
Here is a breakdown of Southwests boarding groups.
Tim was in boarding group 4. Everyone else was in boarding group 2.

In Feb when I flew with my mom I just took a screenshot of her ticket and sent to her and she used that since it was the easiest solution. They make everything so complicated!
Tim probably held onto everyone’s tickets because it made him feel like a big man. I’m convinced he likes Jenn to be useless because it feeds his ego.
