Happy Birthday @Quasimodo and Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.
THIS! Exactly. It’s sickening. And they’re sorely lacking in gratitude for their good fortune. Meanwhile, they use everyone they can for their selfish gluttony. No one cares about yet another luxury vacation they got for free. It’s gross & out of touch.
I go back and forth on this. I also wonder if they had some sort of deal with BOGV where they would do a trip like this a year or something. Last year around the same time was the Alaska fiasco. I could see them not wanting to take the kids after that trip but I can't see J10D being happy or willingly let Dim go by himself if they had the choice given that tantrum she threw in the home voog. What is everyone’s take on this?
Did BOGV offer this trip to:
a) Tim only?
b) Tim & Jin?
c) The Bojo fam of 4?
I doubt they would offer it to Tim only as a solo trip, and Oliver was below the age requirement (and Jackson was below the recommended age of 8) so I am going to assume it should have been a Tim Jen trip. But that pesky child care thing sabotaged them. What is everyone’s take on this?

Thank you! And thank you again to all the well-wishers. It really was a lovely birthday weekend and I felt the love and just honestly one of the best highlights of such a stressful worrysome year. And it hardly cost anything!!Happy birthday!!! And many, many, many more. Hope you've had a wonderful birthday weekend![]()
Hope you were pleasantly honored today by your family and close friends, Quasi.Thank you! And thank you again to all the well-wishers. I don't think it has dawned on him at this point that his biggest baby was throwing a temper tantrum home slog and his days of solo travel are probably more limited then he thinks.Another thing Tim mentioned that had me laughing was--he's ready to take a big National Park trip. Maybe next summer, maybe sooner because "the world is our palm tree". I think that meant--duck school, duck any sort of responsibilities with my dad.
He specifically mentions from Vegas and Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon and Arches. I did this trip about 8 years ago--from Phoenix--Sedona, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Arches and ended in Rocky Mountain. 15 days. A bunch of stops along the way, one of the best trips I've planned. There is absolutely no possible way Tim could handle that trip with Jenn and the kids. No possible way. Maybe he's thinking about going solo and we're watching him dream about a life of freedom, but there is no way in the world they would manage that trip in any sort of enjoyable way.
