So the "employee" has been with them for about a month. This was obvious and we all here thought it was Mike, but it's a "she".
This comment right here is to us because we've actually used the phrase "the channel isn't growing" here and talked a lot about how views are down and they are tanking. They have a business meeting once a week to talk about trends.

I have noticed that views are definitely up for August, but that's only because there really has been a new video out almost every day since her last strike. The videos aren't getting more views, there are just more videos. If employee helped with the D23 vlogs...that's what got Jenn motivated to do the other vlogs. She's replaceable and she knows it now.

The scene in the kitchen today with the coloring book and Da Baby...cut, cut, abrupt cut. The bedtime story....cut, cut...now Jenn's downstairs still talking about cleaning the kitchen.

So they have an editor now, huh? And it’s not Mike? And she supposedly did some of the D23 vids. Looks like she was told to just make the same old boring vids Jen would make. I don’t see the benefit of hiring an editor if they are just going to copy the same style. And what exactly is Jen doing, just sitting on her a even more?

What the actual duck? I couldn't agree with @Mopsy75 more. Now that they have an "employee" for the channel, a nanny for Oliver (and sometimes Jackpot), and Jackpot is in school all day WHAT DOES SHE DO? She doesn't cook ( I don't consider dumping a box meal in a pan on high heat cooking), clean, parent, drive, shop for groceries by herself, help with school work or projects or sleep train Oliver. Oh, she does laundry while binge watching Real Housewives and FOMO'ing over stuff on IG.
If she didn't have 2 kids her being a slug wouldn't bother me as much but I just can't with either of them. Since you read Jenn I don't feel bad saying you are a terrible excuse for a mother. Parents are fully involved in their young child's life, they don't play favorites, they work outside the home, they do housework, they join PTA, they drive their kids to sports and activities. Some take care of a sick family member, some have chronic health issues they push through for the sake of their children and we do it all without complaining or expecting a cruise as a "reward".
I'm praying one of these annoying Disney vloggers/live streamers does something to force Disney to ban them (my money is on Josh from ResortTV! causing an incident) and they have to downsize their lives and spending. *rant over*
So if they do have an editor now (who is barely better than Ginn), what is the point of having a nanny? Ginn you can be a mom again! Right? Right???

Actually, Jenn mentions that Tim was doing HIS laundry.....so she's really not doing the laundry either. She wears the same damn outfit every day, so mark laundry off the "Things Jenn does" list. Maybe she does the kids laundry, although to me, it seems like Tim would be the one to fold and put it away.

If Tim can't understand "Ground Transportation" signs how do you expect him to understand "Restroom" signage? And seriously, he had to pee just from riding from Universal to LAX. Is he ever going to get that checked out with a doctor?
I see Tim splurged for First Class on the way home. I guess it's not just Jen who likes wasting money for stupid things.
I haven't watched yet but if the new editor did the D23 videos, then we can already assume they suck because they were longer than usual and there were lots of comments here how the entire tram ride was left in etc.

Speaking of cooking… I can’t for the life of me understand why she couldn’t make spaghetti and meatballs for her and Tim and eat with her kids since she already prepared a bunch of balls. I really don’t get it.
And teach that boy some manners for the millionth time! Saying “yuck! I’m not eating that” is not funny. Train your kid.
Even to this day, I would NEVER call anyone’s food “nasty” my mom made sure to teach me how rude it is. You think my mom laughed if I said her food was nasty. I could say I don’t like it, after I tried it, but not “nasty”
