I just can't believe she pleaded guilty in the first place! She just took his word for it. She didn't want to watch the CCTV (which she watched later & found it suspicious). She didn't want to put Kyle through a court case so just threw her life away just because? Would you really do that?

Is anyone watching No Return? I am confused by some things in the 2nd episode:

When the black girl (can’t remember the characters name) came to the door with her mom and said that she saw what happened with the Tunisian boy and Noah, her mom handed Kathy a piece of paper with their address and phone number on. But I could have sworn the black girl in the previous episode slipped a piece of paper under their door already. Am I misremembering that? Did we see the note?

What was Kathy doing when she was on the bus at the beginning when she confronted the Tunisian boy and his family? She had a suitcase with her and they arrived at the airport so I thought she was flying home by herself but then she got into a massive fight with her sister and her husband when they Suggested they would do the same.

The note slipped under the door just gave the name of the boy, Milo, and the hotel he was at.
And I think Kathy was pretending to go to the airport just so she could confront Milo and his family as she knew they were leaving that day.

The new Sheridan Smith series. I just watched the first episode tonight after seeing that it has started in the week. I’m enjoying it so far, keen to know what happens next! Wish I could watch them all in one go lol the other blonde woman (SS’s sister maybe?) her fella is dishy! Almost...

Oh right..... didn't realise the baby was going to be 2 already - that's flown by ! I thought at the beginning of the programme she looks really quite skinny but then the big jumpers/coats etc made her look early pregnancy.... but like you say obvs post baby.... maybe it was filmed back to front too ? It was not her best work that's for sure

They filmed over 6 weeks in Budapest, so maybe the on set catering made her a bit bloated?!

I agree, I didn't think it was her best work.

Watched the first episode of ‘No Return’ it’s not great.

I liked the sleazy lawyer but that is about it.

Are you trying to watch on Sky? If so it’s some weird issue that even though they are available on itv hub, Sky can’t/won’t play them until they have officially aired. It’s so shit. They are all available on the app or desktop version - I’ve just checked. I’m going back to Virgin soon, because I’m fed up of Sky.

Yes she played Sophie in two doors down but left after two series after she had a baby in the show.

The male teacher jenna hooks up with sometimes ( kelvin fletcher) I take it his married, maybe his wife knows and she has something to do with it

Ahh.... Yes I think that waking up in a randos bed being blacked out would scare the ever loving shite out you and yes that brings us to the fact this is obviously not a new occurance for her ...
However if I'm inferring that from that she deserved to be sexually assaulted that's a whole other conversation...
Taking it that you never meant that at all, there's only been 2 episodes to deem her a good or bad teacher and it all boils down to what you take from what is shown. She had a card from a pupil saying she was "inspiring", as an example. Just cause she wears wee skirts and has cleavage bearing tops on doesn't detract from that fact? And yeah she comes in with heavy hangovers and (one would assume heavy mental health issues re:her mums suicide) but again, who's to say that means she's a shit teacher?
I can go on. Say many things. Buy it's only 2 eps in. And what I'm saying and my replies already, I fear, don't 100% stick with the character she's playing.
So I'll leave it there.

I enjoyed it she's a great actress. She on a few things on the TV at moment. Just started watching no return on itv. She in a bbc drama too 4 lives I think that was good.

Yeah maybe something else as I think she would've mentioned it if she new Kyle's mum was abused ....... Jennas Dad probably isn't the Saint he makes out to be , sounds like her mum wasn't happy with him

That's just my take from what you were saying, everyone is entitled to an opinion and mine was in response from yours. I don't think it derailed but if it did I would proffer an apology
