I have enjoyed the past few days, feels like 22 degrees C is my sweetspot. Warm, a bit humid but not unbearable. Shame it's back to rain this week. I was in London yesterday and it seems floaty floral dresses are still in fashion, as are oversized linen shirts.

My £3 lupin from B&Q . Bought it in February when it was tiny and first bumblebee came to visit today 💗

Thought I’d revive this thread in time for Spring, really looking forward to it this year. As much as I’m enjoying the wintery walks with my husband and puppy, I feel like we’re gonna have a beautiful Spring this year, can’t wait for all the flowers and hopefully a bit more sunshine 🌤

I’ve been looking at some DIY Spring home decor bits I can start on and I’ve got loads of ideas already 🌺🌼

I have basically kept the population of squirrels and foxes fed with the 100s of bulbs I planted. I hope that a few have made it as daffodils and tulips are my absolute favourite and seeing them starting to pop up gives me hope of brighter, sunnier days. It feels like the sun hasn't even risen these last few days it's been grey and dark.

Looking forward to getting started on the garden. Shed doors badly need painting. Was a job for last summer but my dog died and I just CBA 😭

Great to see this thread up and running again!! Absolutely love spring, I’m SO over the cold and the dark. I need some gorgeous daffodils with a backdrop of pure blue sky!

Im so looking forward to Spring! It feels a little brighter where I am, slightly lighter in the evening too. My snowdrops and muscari will be flowering soon.

I’m going on a snowdrop hunt. Work has a beautiful garden but they weren’t there yesterday. I think it’s still a bit cold. It’s meant to warm up after the storm this weekend so they might start popping through next week. I can definitely feel the lighter nights. Mornings are still a bit tit.

Desperate for spring. Summer was absolutely rit so it feels like we've had almost a year long winter. Stripping off completely the minute some sun appears.

Pruned my roses and there's lots of buds. Start of new growth on my herbs which looked dead all winter. And my planter of tulips has some green shoots coming up. It being fairly light at 4pm is great too for powering on for the end of the work day.
