I think it’s stupid that rescues want direct access to a garden for a cat! It’s not like they stay in the garden anyway

Celia Hammonds trust nothing like that at all, they have lots of bubba’s that can’t go out,yes they are strict etc,but they make sure your cat can never get out.My sis had three of her cats, lived in flat with balcony, she said balcony needs to be covered so can’t climb over,my sis got a net,but then later got Perspex lid, ideal, tray out there and cats loved going out looking but balcony was covered in Perspex and a lid..Sis had little chair and cats loved it..but

Sis cats two cats partially sighted third one was fine..hence not allowed out.Hence the balcony.

Awww Lou,try to get a puddy that can’t go out anymore etc,Lots of bubbas need a home but need indoors.❤Cats protection are always looking for good homes for the babes.Oh yes of course they will be round to your place make sure they can’t escape etc..but there are loads of cats need homing and quite a few can’t ever go out.❤
My last cat was indoor and he was hardly ever ill. I hardly ever took him to the vet and he was happy. I can access the garden but two floors down but I would just rather keep them inside for my sanity. I couldn't imagine something happening to them and I live near a busy road. That's why I want an indoor cat but just seem to be few and far between atm.

Big thanks @aidil for your help and advice. I don’t think he’s fully fixed yet, still a bit in and out of the toilet, but I’m really happy that he really seems a lot better than he was. Few Zoomies coming back, eating me out of house and home and chatting away. 💜
Oh your floofy boy is a beaut 😍 how pretttttyyyyy

Look at her beautiful face, she’s telling mummy go stop him.🤣❤
She’s gone out now, he must of moved on to the next girl 🤣 she had a good sniff round her bush lol
Normally she goes crazy at the window if another cat appears but she must be used to him lol

They have met before, he is only young and is called Harley ( his markings round his eyes make him look cross eyed) maybe she has warmed to him
Defo mates,it’s like my Dave if we had cats visit garden he’d get real pissed off, then cricket bat tail as we all know that🤣 but then some cats visit he was fine,he’d sit with them etc.Strange cats aren’t they.❤

Our neighbours cat tried so hard to woo Nala, but she just hissed at him! He would just lurk in the garden showing his best side lol I was so sad when they moved away.

Good morning from big floof Anastasia 😍
I get so many people telling me she's overweight, I'm convinced she is fluffy not large! She weighs 4kg which I believe to be okay for her breed and age (she's 2 in May).

She's not overweight at 4 kgs! She's just a gorgeous girl.
All cats have what's called a primordial pouch, here's a quick explanation from the Hills website.

She is absolutely precious! 😍
And hey I’m no vet, but 4kg seems perfectly reasonable to me, not overweight at all. My boy is the same, very floofy, but when he’s stood up and I stroke him and kinda press his floof down, you can see by his frame that he’s not chubby, it’s all that fur!!
