I do. Isn’t she somewhere hot?
Tbf she’s been struggling to get into a running routine for about 8 yearsShe’s struggling though guys, she’s finding it hard to get back into a running routine after Christmas.
Maybe a gifted trip toSydneya mystery marathon major will make her feel motivated?

Meant to post the other weekend when she complained about a parkrun fail because her son wouldn't go in the buggy. Well obviously - he's well over 2 now, not a baby! Her whole plan of reviewing different parkruns round the South East for buggy-friendly seems to neglect the fact that her child is growing and developing, and might not want to be dragged round the country to different parks and just have to sit quietly while his mum runs. Running for mental health is important and vital but his needs should come first.Isn’t every single one of her posts or stories a complaint about some form of struggle?
And not being bothered about being a mother it would appearSo she is organising a Chicago marathon trip for solo female travelers with Sports Tours. Small group plus socials plus socials beforehand (brunches, runs etc). While I don’t mind the sentiment, I keep getting the impression she is very lonely and craving female friendships.
The thing with Charlie is that she spends way too much time on ig and with her US barbie runners, so thinks that every race should have a shake out run, loads of freebies, a finish line party etc. Her complaints when she ran Edinburgh (on a gifted bib!) showed the things she expects as standard, like a post-race massage https://therunnerbeans.com/edinburgh-marathon-2019-race-recap-bq-attempt/Christ. Why can't she just join a "this mum runs" or similar women's running group and run a UK mara. Why has it always got to be some big ticket foreign one with her (bit like bloody wellogs).

A UK marathon (that isn't London) just wouldn't look as aspirational on social media for her.
She is just not relatable to anyone as the barbies all have kids and don’t moan and get their BQs time after time! In terms of UK rivals she’s been overtaken by Anya and McCarths in terms of running/influencing/ London girly life and others - even Jennyfit is snapping at her heels and getting lulu partnership! She barely runs, and when she does it’s a three mile run-walk with the buggy and the dog (an absolute nono for me safetywise by the way, particularly on the towpath! Her USP is the dietician thing - but as she seems to work once a quarter, she’s just even more dull, dull, dull!If she stuck to the well-off/ middle-class active mum-fluencer profile, doing parkruns, 10ks and the odd half plus holidays, she could probably have a decent following. The problem is that she still wants to fit in with the US barbies...
The Barbies have that peculiar American Protestant work ethic mixed with the Mormon busyness ethic - up and on the treadmill by 3.00am if need be before their tribe of children wake up. That’s why they get their BQs because they quite literally never stop. Meanwhile, Charlie hasn’t set foot in her home gym (I dream!) for months. She is just not relatable to anyone as the barbies all have kids and don’t moan and get their BQs time after time!
