This beggars belief. There is no need for people to have glucose monitors unless they are diabetic. It’s an industry built on baseless facts and not helpful to most (and decidedly unhelpful to many who use it in a disordered way). She is a dietitian. There really is no need. I’m assuming she’s sponsored? How long before she starts with the lactate measuring like the Welloggs clan?!

She let her son cry this morning for 2.5km because he’s way too old for buggy runs and understandably didn’t want to be strapped in whilst she ran. That’s 10-15 minutes?
Having to strap your kid in & letting them cry so you can get to nursery/work on time, or for safety, is one thing. Doing it so you can socialise with your friend is definitely a choice
