In a pair of £400 adidas super shoes I’m sure. It’s obscene, it’s almost a parody.
Has she spent a full week with her child… ever?
After they went through the expense of surrogacy, it makes me sad for him that he always comes second to her travelling. As others have said mums don't need to be attached to their little ones but I think she's had more holidays away from her child than I've had in my whole life. And no mention of her "offsetting" her flights again?

And I'd forgotten she has a personal shopper
She’s so relatable guys 🤪

Oh yeah lmao her tree planting/ carbon offset scheme which she was buzzing to be a partner of 😂 don’t worry, she’ll turn down an optional race t shirt to save the planet

who looks after her child on all these trips? (not meaning this in a sexist way, i’d think the same if it was a dad constantly away)

Her mum is quite ill so I guess it’s a combo of her husband, in-laws and her running nanny friend.

Complaining about the half being difficult because of jet lag and lack of sleep 🙄

I just cannot get my head round the fact she's *chosen* to run Berlin and Taipei in the same month (as well as Royal Parks Half!)

OMG and now she is on stories moaning about how her child has been reacting badly to her being away, news flash, he’s not a baby any more but he still needs his mum! They’re only little for such a short time FFS spend some time with him now while you can rather than gallivanting off on stupid paid for trip. She does not need the money.

I actually really really dislike her

She mentioned that she was only away for four days but not that this trip came on top of Berlin, earlier this month! I'm a working mum and have to be away from my kids occasionally. But 1) it's literally part of my job. Charlie could choose to work full time in her hospital job and not travel. And 2) I hate it and try to minimise it. Charlie goes out of her way to travel. I wouldn't spend six nights away from my kids in a year, let alone a single month!

I get the feeling she wouldn't even need to work full time (or at all, although I understand the desire to keep a career ticking over, esp if it's your passion). They've had an interior decorator who picked some spendy things for their home, she has a personal shopper, a second round of surrogacy won't be cheap (£100k+++ one website says £250-320k). With Tom's job they'll get loads of free travel for their "lifestyle".

I'm not a fan of surrogacy at the best of times but for her to put the birth mother (who I know signed up to it), Bertie and even herself (the egg harvesting doesn't sound great) through everything it entails to spend so much time away from him is disgusting IMO. Makes him seem like nothing but a lifestyle accessory. And now she wants to do it all again....

I feel like she’s completely unaware of her privilege and of how hard other working parents actually have it. She reposted something from the thefoodierunner with all 👍👍 but their lives couldn’t be more different.

All her posts about finding it hard to stick to plans or juggle childcare around a gym visit just fall flat when most people are just trying to get through each day. I thought the influencer culture was coming to an end but I can’t see a slowing down in these people being gifted stuff. Someone pays and it’s generally us in the form of higher prices.

Her sharing her trainers yday made me laugh. They’re ‘only’ £130 and only used for run-walking a pretty mediocre time! Really not inspiring 😂

Truly the least relatable of the instarunners. My similarly aged child has been super clingy with me lately because I had to go back to work so they just started nursery. It’s been rough, and I feel awful for being away for hours a day. Meanwhile she juggles childcare just to run mediocre races half way across the world and has the audacity to be annoyed that her child misses her 🙄

I know - perhaps she could have said ‘no’ to running a 2 and a half hour half marathon on the other side of the world? It’s not like she HAS to go. I have absolutely no sympathy for her at all.

I think she probably views these PR trips as “work“ given that she uses her influencer persona as a source of income.

I would love to know how she is not constantly sick with all this international travel. Rock solid immune system?

I’ve a feeling that she was probably being paid for a job, as well as the gifted trip. She didn’t look too enthusiastic mind! But if it was a paid contracted bit of work it is hard to pull out of!

Taiwan has hundreds of lavish hotels sitting empty, it used to be where the rich Chinese went on holiday. They are probably trying to encourage tourism by inviting influencers.

She makes out training is so hard talking about her expensive gym and crèche. She’s got her own gym featuring treadmill and peloton bike at the end of her garden that she could use every day once Bertie was in bed
