hahaha. Call me crazy but I can’t quite see that stopping her. She will take him and pay the hotel to find her a nanny for the time she is out running.

Anyone know what a long haul pilots schedule is actually like? I know a BA ‘full time’ long haul cabin crew and their hours aren’t full time in the traditional sense. Because she works 3-4 days at a time on a trip to different time zones, she only has 1 or 2 of those a month. I know they have on call days too where you can be based at the airport or at home and you need to be available to go to work which means you can’t commit to childcare (although as someone who runs with their phone she could stay close to the house and come back if he gets called in). She talks a lot about how he isn’t around, but maybe a pilot schedule is different?

I bet it is a sponsored trip. She got a media spot at London landmarks together with a bunch of other insta runners, got breakfast and hotel loos before the start which rubs me up the wrong way.
A couple of others were in Paris with Sports Tours International. I wonder whether it will be one of those for Beans and Boston. Maybe through a referral by one of the Barbies?

Would love to know that too. I was wondering whether he is doing a mix of short and long haul? I think he only just qualified for long haul recently. But surely for safety reasons there must be a limit on how much pilots are allowed to fly.
My husband does most of the housework, he works 12 hour shifts so although he's not home as often he gets more rest days and is at home during the day when I'm working. It was horrible when the kids were little as I had to plan everything as a single parent as his shifts were different every week.

Has she done any training? Even for such an experienced marathoner, it’s still a long way!
I think she said she had done 20 miles but I don't know how consistent her training was.

Yeah gifted place at Kingston Breakfast run was a 20 miler. So funny one of the comments is like “did I miss an announcement that you are doing Boston, the comments say so.” No response to that. She only replies to her insta friends, first few comments then ignores the rest.
